I highly recommend this company! Raw sewage from my septic tank began flowing into my basement and damaged everything I had down there. Kevin and Zack were able to clean up the sewage and cut out all of the damaged walls as well as dry and sanitize everything. We had our carpet cleaned and our wood floors cleaned and clear coated. I feel they did a really nice job and Kevin and Zach were very professional. Amazingly, the carpets are much better to deal with and the floors nice and shiney. We will use their services again in the future. read more

HORRIBLE!! We hired Cook's Professional Cleaning to do a "deep clean" of our home. We provided a list of what we wanted cleaned and even toured the home to explain. The owner Kevin, called that evening and gave us a quote. We agreed but questioned that he and an untrained temporary helper could complete our job in one day. At end of 2nd day owner said he would be back next day to finish job. We thought we could trust him and paid him in full. Owner did show up the 3rd day and after me pointing out what had not been cleaned (these items on original list, nothing additional added), he began to show much frustration. I asked that we discuss why he was upset and he said "no, I am not going to discuss", very child-like. After he cleaned most baseboards in living room, I noticed him at my kitchen sink where he was cleaning out his cleaning cloths he had just used on my floors...that is just gross!!! I asked him not to clean those in kitchen sink. Next thing I know he was gone!! Owner did not let me know he was leaving and did NOT FINISH WORK HE WAS PAID TO DO!!!
