I recently hired Top Dog for a move -- and it turned out to be the worst decision I've made all year. During the move, one of the movers entered my private bathroom without asking permission. He remained in there for several minutes, during which I was still being charged for his time. This was not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of boundaries. When I called the company to address the matter, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The representative told me he "didn't see a problem" and compared the situation to letting a mover use his own bathroom. I explained that my bathroom had been professionally cleaned the day before -- and I had not even used it myself yet. I requested they arrange for it to be cleaned again, but my concern was brushed off. I was told they would "call back after speaking with the worker," but I never received any follow-up. No apology. No offer of resolution. No discount. Nothing. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for its customers and their property. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding Top Dog for any moving needs.

The rental house was chaotic. We never unpacked most of the stuff we had purchased. Step by Step Movers came in and collected all of our stuff and packed it into their trailer. At our rebuilt home they swiftly unloaded the trailer. We had written room names on the boxes. They worked on a blur moving each box to the rooms. The team was punctual, actually arrived 20 minutes early. The owner, Nathan, communicated well. Always replied to any text or call. I contacted him yesterday saying I had everything (including 2 box springs and mattresses) and he said he'd be here at 10:00 today. Sure enough, 10:00 on the dot the doorbell rang. 45 minutes later Oscar had everything out of the house and loaded onto his trailer! Very reasonable, very courteous and quick!
