A+ Here I am trying…read moreto do the typical DIY project where I have big dreams and only so many tools to reach them. I ended up getting to a point in said project where I needed more serious equipment versus the typical Home Depot-esque line of rental gear. This is where the Talisman Rental guys at the Canton location saved me. I had called ahead to make sure they had what I thought I needed. When I arrived and I discussed what I was actually doing versus just getting a tool and heading on my way, the two fine gentlemen working advised a better solution and explained why I needed such an item. They helped me load the piece of equipment into my piece of a car, and off I went. I spent the entire evening using the tool so that I could return it the next day. Yes, the machine wore me out, but that's the nature of the beast given the project I was attempting to DIY. Lesson learned. I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and we ended up chatting about things we had in common. Cool.

The truck I was given had ABS lights flashing and honestly was a safety hazard to drive. UHAL is honestly overrated and I'll be taking my business to another company. Hopefully a company that can ensure their equipment is safe to operate.

When I asked them how much I owed them they told me it was FREE. They did a great job, spent about an hour working on it and refused payment. Can't ask for better service. If you need a hitch, this is where you want to go. Wish I had gone here the first time. Work would have been done right the first time.

You drop your trailer off and hope they can get to it in the next couple of weeks. After 3 check ins to see if the trailer work was done and 3 missed commitments i finally gave up and picked up my boat trailer. I noted during one in person check in that there were people in the waiting area so i suppose that the walk in work gets priority over work left with them. This is not a business you want to do business with if looking for a commitment for when the work will be done. D-
