I love this pizza joint. Amazing food all around. Never had anything bad or remotely "off". Service is FAST, friendly and polite. You cannot beat their prices. Everything from salad,,pizza and pasta. Ya gotta try it! You won't be disappointed. read more

Great food, kind staff. Buy a large pizza get one free. They used to only take cash, but can take cards now as well. Pizza is so good!!

Not great. Got a small cheese pizza takeout and chicken tenders. Had to do DoorDash since we are in Hatfield. Super soggy and greasy, and there was a big smear of pizza sauce underneath half the pie that made it all really wet and gross. No idea what that was about. It felt almost passive-aggressive; some places resent DoorDash orders (even though otherwise they wouldn't get business from people like me outside the delivery radius), and I find it hard to believe that whoever packaged the pizza would just accidentally spill sauce in the box and throw the pizza on top of it anyway just out of laziness. If they did, that person should be reprimanded. There's also a lot of sugar in the pizza sauce and in the BBQ sauce that comes with the chicken tenders. The tendies were overcooked and rubbery too. Never again. I didn't even keep the leftovers, it was that bad. read more

The pizza is always hot and fresh here. It's so good. I also really enjoy the fried cheese ravioli. I crave this pizza, especially the pepperoni. Highly recommend. You also can't beat the buy one large topping pizza and get a large one topping cheese free! read more

Loved the big salads they have to offer. I got the Cajun chicken salad and split a small pizza with my Mother. I was really surprised at the quality of chicken they used. Usually chicken at pizza places are usually a bit lack luster, but the chicken tasted very fresh and well cooked. The two items I ordered were very flavorful. It's always a plus when there's booths at pizza places too:) They only take cash but luckily there is an atm right in the restaurant. read more

Another outstanding meal at Hilltown Pizza. Hamburger & green pepper pizza along with a meatball grinder.

They didn't used to take cards so I never stopped here but recently on my way home from Springfield Fire Academy I saw they took cards! Stopped by, and let me tell you, this was the best pizza I had ever eaten. It is absolutely amazing. Fresh sauce, perfect bread, perfect cheese ratio. I was astonished and felt a little ridiculous that I hadn't stopped before. The staff was absolutely so sweet and extremely polite, the atmosphere was cozy and friendly, and it was overall a great experience. I am easily overwhelmed by larger businesses and tend to avoid them but this place felt comfortable and welcoming. I will be getting pizza here going forward. read more

Very Soild food! Love the area especially because there isn't much in Williamsburg it definitely adds a lot. Not much to compare it to because it's the only real restaurant but very Soild food definitely a 4star! read more

Until tonight I would have rated them a solid four stars. Their rudeness and poor customer service can no longer be overcome by better than average pizza. read more

Our favorite hometown pizzeria! #1 staff, excellent & fast customer service, with takeout ready in 15 minutes. We're obsessed with their fried ravioli appetizer. Their buy one, get one large pizza special is easy on the wallet yet feeds a family. Favorite veggie toppings include eggplant, peppers & onions. Their calzones are also cheesy goodness! read more

Our server was tipsy, she literally came to the table to bring us something and said "sorry it took so long, the guys made me take a shot of patron" and then continued to talk about drinking & what she likes to drink which was really uncomfortable & not what we want to hear about at family dinner... so so so inappropriate but the food was good. theyre cash or check only which was also inconvenient read more

I have loved this place since I was a child. I even crave it every time I come back to the hill towns from the city. Incredibly lovely people behind the counter as well. read more

I ordered a hamburger with bacon only. I get a cheeseburger with the works and no bacon. I tell them they flip my burger over take everything off add bacon and gave it back. Wow never going back thumbs down read more

Really good food and kind staff. They have a good selection and our friends are always pleased with their orders when we get takeout. Love their pasta, pizza special, and eggplant parm. Their fries are also really good. Mozzarella sticks are best I've had in the Valley. read more

The Hampshire Lodge had a family night and the pizza we had was tremendous! Everyone loved it and looking forward to having another family night with of course more pizza! Thank you! read more

For the price, this place is awesome. I was not huge fans of the wings, they were really dry. Wings seem hard to get wrong but they did. The pizza is the best! Plus the price for 2 pizza is a no brainier. So if you like dry wings go for it. Plus blue cheese is gross, give me ranch read more

Awesome food, great service and a good price. Environment was good but if you like big fancy restaurants it's probably not for you. It's a little on the small side but I believe they do a lot of take out so probably don't need anything g bigger. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area tho. read more

This is absolutely the worst little hole in the wall Scummy pizza place the owners or running such a scam out here $30 for two small pizzas when you can go next-door to Cumberland Farms and get the same pizza for $5.50. Absolutely shameful read more

Hilltown Pizza does a great job. Buy one large, get one free! Awesome having them in Williamsburg.

Best pizza and calzones in West Mass in my opinion. They always have good deals going on so I don't get the review that says it's overpriced. read more

Yea, this is pretty good pizza, I think three stars at least. One more star for the wings, which were great without sauce. Probably take out only for me, some commotion from the waitstaff turned me off. read more

Best food at best prices. Allways just right and no skimping on ingredients. Guaranteed to please.

A-1 Hilltown Pizza in Williamsburg is a convenient and friendly place for pizza, subs, and more. Payment is cash only (or local check), and they provide an ATM (with $2 transaction fee) in the restaurant, which I have used twice. They seem to have 2 domestic beers on tap as well as bottled beer, and sell canned soda and bags of chips for eating in or taking out. read more

Awesome pizza and even more awesome prices, the food never gets lazy, its always superb all times of day. Once during a meal Williamsburg lost power and they couldn't take ATM so they happily offered to let everyone come back and pay later. The one negative thing is no delivery which would really launch them, I personally have skipped on pizza many times because I didn't want to have to pick it up. read more

. I been going there for past 7 years. I live in ct and visit my son. Best food ever.

Buffalo chicken wraps are to die for and the fries are amazing. Very good prices too!

The pizza is much better other places. Employees have attitudes and pizza sizes are smaller here than anywhere else in area. This pizza size is similar to Domino's. read more

Not a bad place. I personally like their chicken bacon ranch, but all there pizza is pretty good. The wings are also pretty good and all and all I'd say is a good little restaurant. Only thing that was unimpressive was the grinders but the pizza makes up for it read more

We have been buying lunch for everyone in our factory once a month for at least 5 years, maybe more. Usually costs $70 -$80 each time. A nice piece of business for our little local pizza shop. Today I drove the 12 miles to pick up our order and came to find out two items had been completely over looked. Some what embarrassed I drove back to A1 and suggested that they might at least fill the balance of our order at no charge as good will for their mistake and to show their appreciation for our business. Not to be. Sorry they said. Well me too, we'll be patronizing the other spots in Florence from now on. The same distance. Really half as far if you don't have to drive it twice. In town for a meeting and needed a quick, cheap lunch. Got that, and it looked like it might have been a pretty good pizza before they spilled the salt shaker on it. Hope this was a one-time accident. All I could taste was the salt. Usually I only find such salty pizza in bars where I assume it's to sell more drinks. Proceed with caution. read more

My family and I gave been going to A1 since I was a child. Love their pizza and grinders! I haven't lived in town/nearby for about 3 years, yet every time I am visiting there, I never have to give my name for take out. They have known my regular order for about ten years now. (Or they have caller ID) but regardless I haven't had to give my name in ten years and the staff always knows what I most likely ordered. I am sure the rest of their regular clientele can relate! Never had a screw up (maybe once) but they corrected it in a professional and timely manner. Very simple, easy going and reasonably priced. Cash only, but still quick in and quick out. Simple, by no means gourmet but definitely always consistent, good quality. read more
