I do say he gets busy and there might be few days wait, depending on the service needed, but he always gives a breakdown of what work needs to be done and if it's more than what I expected he will tell me what is more of a priority to fix first. I have recommended his business to friends/family and everyone has had a great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, hard working and competitive pricing are all things provided by Jason and his team at JC Auto. The reviews are 100% on this business and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I stopped in here as a last check and I was so pleasantly surprised. The manager that helped me was so friendly and informative. He explained I just needed a muffler and proceeded to check his stock to see if he had a suitable replacement. He was nice enough to tell me he had a close match but if I wanted to try and find a better one he understood. The price he quoted me was very fair and the work done made a huge difference. I was recently visiting Sacramento from out of town to help my special needs daughter get settled…read morein her new home and unfortunately had an unexpected accident that had me towed to SK Auto's doorstep at 10pm. Obviously they were closed at that point but we communicated the next morning to address my 2 flat tires and possible damage to my car. Two women (my best friend and myself) stranded with no car away from home! We were treated with respect and kindness. I cannot tell you how appreciative we were!! The gentleman who initially helped me was so kind and got to work assessing the situation. Once they figured out that the vehicle was safe and just needed TWO tires. Scott himself drove us to my daughter's group home so we could continue working on setting up her room on his way to purchase the needed tires!!! We were able to complete helping my daughter while they fixed the tires and checked the alignment and did a test drive to make sure we could get home safely. We were on the road in our safely repaired car by 2 pm! So I will say, if you're in a pinch, these fantastic fellas will take great care of you!! Also, as a woman traveling alone I so appreciated that we were not taken advantage of. Actually the complete opposite! We were treated with the upmost respect, kindness, and reasonable cost for the work they did so quickly for us so we could get back home!!! I will never forget how well we were treated and the quality of the thorough work Scot and his team did to assure that we could get home safely after an accident that made an already taxing trip even more stressful. They made us feel safe and taken care of which helped make things so much better! Thanks you Scott and Team at SK Auto Repair!! Highly recommend this business!!! Quality, timely work and reasonable pricing!!! I wish I could give 100 STARS!!

We were impressed with their recommendations, service, prices and felt they were fair and not pressuring us into spending more. So far we've used them for 2 smog checks and a handful of oil changes. While there isn't always a confirmation for appointment requests online, they've always been able to accommodate us when we came in for service. Their service is quick and reliable. This morning I had an issue with starting my car. I called SK Auto in the afternoon and Chris let me know they could check my car today and change the spark plugs or battery if needed. I came in as soon as I could and 15 minutes later, Chris returned with the mechanic's findings and quote for repair. I appreciated Chris's explanation of the issue and recommendation. After an hour and a half later my car was fixed and I'm on my way out the door. Give SK Auto Repair a try. They are reasonably priced, provide excellent service and get the work done quick. Check then Natomas Shopper for coupons for smog checks, oil changes and repairs. It is also worth noting that in the hour and a half I spent in their small waiting room I heard several customers leaving happy with their service and most sounded like regular customers.

Only I'm extra lucky because they missed the window, but got the door instead. Took the paint off. The repair was going to be $1000 bucks. The exact amount of my deductible. So I decided to live with it for awhile. A few months down the road, another jerk keyed the trunk of my car. Cut to last week, ground maintenance at work was using a weed whacker and whacked something at my car, breaking a window. (Sigh) The window I couldn't ignore. I called around and found Global Auto Repair & Glass. After I brought them my car, they gave me a ride back to work. A few hours later they came and picked me up. Glass repaired, like it never happened. I talked to them about the BB gun dent and the keyed back bumper. Mentioned my high deductible. He said they'd do it all for $850. Hot dog! The staff explained that they were extremely busy and that it would likely be a couple of hours before they could get to my vehicle, which was completely understandable. To my surprise, they were able to squeeze me in much sooner than expected. It looked like work started around 10:00 a.m., and my vehicle was finished by about 11:00 a.m. I was driving away at 11:15 a.m.--well before my original appointment time even arrived. This is the Tesla service center I prefer to use whenever possible. From my home, it's about the same distance as the service center I could visit in the Bay Area, but I consistently choose the Sacramento location because I've had positive experiences here. The customer service has always been professional, helpful, and efficient. A bonus perk is having Estelle's Bakery right across the street, which makes waiting for service much more enjoyable. While that isn't the reason for the five stars, it certainly doesn't hurt. Overall, another smooth service experience with a team that communicated well, managed a busy schedule effectively, and got me back on the road much faster than expected.

Worst Tesla service experience I have ever had…read more I have a 2017 Tesla Model S that I purchased new with the Full Self-Driving package. For approximately two years, Autopilot and cruise control have been failing to engage approximately 98% of the time. I have nearly three months of documented logs, service-app reports, and videos showing the issue. I finally brought my vehicle in for service, only to be denied service. I received a call from Maureen, who told me that the manager had determined my vehicle was "functioning as is" for its age and that Autopilot was working fine -- despite the fact that the manager apparently did not even inspect or test my vehicle. I was also told that Tesla should not have accepted the service appointment in the first place, despite my extensive documentation and videos demonstrating that Autopilot and cruise control repeatedly fail to engage. Tesla then sent me a link explaining Autopilot limitations, as though I had not already reviewed them. The problem with my vehicle does not occur under the conditions listed in those limitations. Despite that, Tesla dismissed the issue and claimed my car was functioning properly. I purchased this vehicle with the Full Self-Driving package and expected Tesla to properly diagnose a persistent, documented problem. Instead, I experienced an extremely frustrating lack of accountability and customer service. Refusing to properly inspect or diagnose a vehicle while simply declaring it "functioning as designed" is unacceptable. I strongly recommend documenting every issue with Tesla and carefully considering the level of service you may receive once your vehicle is out of warranty. Based on my experience, Tesla service has been incredibly disappointing.
