The error I was getting was "Transmission Malfunction Service Now". Tom said to bring it in and they will do a free diagnostic since I was being referred. I had my car towed to AAMCO and within a few hours Tom called and told me that my Transmission Control Module needed to be replaced and that it was under recall with Ford. I had a rental following tow truck to his shop ,he called honda and said take it there ; i asked for a physical address, and is the civic safe to drive it there, trans fluid was leaking ! He lost it !yelling you're pissing me off , got very agitated screaming and yelling! I was shocked! I'm a 64 year old woman also;Hey scotty why didnt you tell me over the phone two days ago you didnt work on CVT transmissions?,you wasted my time and last triple A tow!
