David of Alpha Creations fits the bill. Even though his daughter has graduated, and I will be at another school in the Fall, I will continue to turn to him for all of my award needs. David has an incredible selection of awards, ribbons, corporate gifts and more. If you don't see what you're looking for, just ask, because he will order what you need and have it to you on time. Unlike another local company I have used in the past, everything I or my school has ordered from them has been set straight and spelled correctly. He is also great at making suggestions and proactive when something is back ordered. I had a piece that was really important to my organization back ordered before my convention, and they looked for and found a nearly identical symbol that I actually ended up liking even better. Their prices are very competitive, and you just can't beat the friendly and professional service.

Jason the owner took on my project personally. He even took time to listen to stories about my Grandmother. Asking me questions that showed he cared & it was more than just another project. This was a owner exhibiting the fundamentals of humanity!! Which lets face it, is rare in our current business climate. Once my project was done Jason took time to write me a card. I read the card when I got home and cried and cried some more. Not just because the words written were so heartwarming. BUT the card was dated on my birthday!!! It felt serendipitous that my project honoring my Grandmother ended up being a birthday present I can never forget! Touché, touché!! Thank you Jason!!!
