They have serviced two vehicles since my moving here: a 4th generation Toyota pickup, which I had purchased brand new in the late 1980's (I drove that truck what seemed like forever) and my current car, a 2014 Subaru Forester, which I purchased used. Like my truck before, with the help of Circle and Square, I plan to drive my Forester until it dies, unless I go first! (For environmental reasons, an electric car is the only exception I would consider if they ever become more affordable.) Circle and Square is top notch. Its talented employees have always been kind and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for servicing my car as it just doesn't get any better than this wonderful company!

They were able to get me in today, they started looking at it did a diagnostic and determined that the sensor was actually working fine however, there was another issue with my timing chain that was causing the sensor to say it was failing when my check engine light came on. Brit called me and let me know what the problem was, let me know that they could take my money and replace it, but it wouldn't fix the problem and didn't want me to spend money on something that's not going to fix the problem. They let me know that even though they don't do timing chains, where I could get it done approximately how many hours it would take, and the approximate labor cost. I am so impressed. I love that there are still reputable mechanics out there that aren't just out to make a buck. Thank you so much! I'm so glad that you were who was recommended to me and now I will forever recommend you because of your honesty and integrity!

Luckily Jordan (front desk) was able to accommodate. I was so thankful!! Jason (mechanic) did such quick work I was able to get the timing belt, water pump (usually suggested when changing timing belt) and an oil change too! It was all reasonably priced and we were back on the road in a short time. I was so impressed with Jordan. Being an out of towner was challenging to not have a vehicle or know where to go. He was very friendly, Gave good suggestions on where to go to eat and shop and even dropped us off & picked us up. I am so thankful to have found them when I did! I had called ahead and ordered my tires and got a quote for them. I live in Port Townsend so driving to Port Angeles is always a bit of a hassle but the price that they were offering for the tires seemed like a good deal to me. I arrived and was told that unfortunately the person who had taken the order over the phone had ordered the wrong tires. They tried to find out if there were any tires in the area that they could use to replace the ones that I ordered, but they could not so I had to leave my car until the correct tires arrived. To complicate matters, I was having shoulder surgery in two days so I needed to have a car to get me to Silverdale. The service manager., Steve, not only got me a car to use to drive home, but also told me that he would bring my car back to Port Townsend and pick up the rental car. It took three days for the tires to be installed, and my car returned to me, but I can't be more pleased with the service that I received. Not only that, the price that was quoted for me was lower than the actual price, but they stayed with the quoted price and did not charge me more. This service goes beyond what one would expect and I am extremely impressed and wanted to let everyone know that Wilder Toyota is a very, very reputable and personable company.

We wanted a Chevy Truck and as they are hard to come by on the peninsula we were kinda "forced" into buying from a dealer. These 2 brothers totally changed my mind on small car lots. First of all, they were not pushy in any way. We were given a good price for our trade in and a good deal on the truck. We were promised snow tires from the original owner at purchase and they were unable to get them. I fully believed they would not follow through after the sale on the promise but they found other tires for us. It was a pleasant surprise. Turns out they have a very good reputation in this town. If you're looking for someone you can trust. They have my vote!

I initially called the RV repair place in town, but their technician was on vacation. They suggested I call Quality 4x4. Quality 4x4 had me send some pictures of the damage and then dispatched two technicians to my location. They were able to rig a temporary repair so that I could tow the camper to the shop. Within an hour, I was back on the road after the leaf spring was replaced. I was extremely impressed with the service and the willingness to help a stranded customer. Highly Recommended!!
