It use to be a Chevron. They are very nice here and call all of the locals by name. I stop by every couple of months when I am in the area visiting family. The gas pumps are just a few months old. They sell hot food inside like chicken tenders and it's surprisingly good for a gas station. They have a great selection of snacks along with pantry items and a huge variety of beverages.

We were in Olympic peninsula having fun for several days and the truck was really in need of TLC. Got the gas tank filled up and decided to get a car wash as well. Gas price was decent and once we pulled in to get car wash. We were pleasantly surprised to find out 3 people were there to tend to our truck! They sprayed,used mitten and even step stool to get to the top of the truck before the automatic wash. We were totally unprepared that's the service we were getting. It was a fantastic experience to see these folks here worked so hard. Our truck was feeling and looking great after the soft cloth auto wash. Seriously. This was worth every penny! If I ask about something (i. e., windshield wipers or tires), they will give me their assessment, with a generous sprinkling of humor. Whenever I need a part, they take the stress of ordering the CORRECT part off my shoulders, give me a date and time to return, then install it, with absolute no hassle. Best of all? I had called ahead and ordered my tires and got a quote for them. I live in Port Townsend so driving to Port Angeles is always a bit of a hassle but the price that they were offering for the tires seemed like a good deal to me. I arrived and was told that unfortunately the person who had taken the order over the phone had ordered the wrong tires. They tried to find out if there were any tires in the area that they could use to replace the ones that I ordered, but they could not so I had to leave my car until the correct tires arrived. To complicate matters, I was having shoulder surgery in two days so I needed to have a car to get me to Silverdale. The service manager., Steve, not only got me a car to use to drive home, but also told me that he would bring my car back to Port Townsend and pick up the rental car. It took three days for the tires to be installed, and my car returned to me, but I can't be more pleased with the service that I received. Not only that, the price that was quoted for me was lower than the actual price, but they stayed with the quoted price and did not charge me more. This service goes beyond what one would expect and I am extremely impressed and wanted to let everyone know that Wilder Toyota is a very, very reputable and personable company.

Hostile customers and name calling ensued, it was triggering for me personally. I don't usually use that term, but it was loud and stressful. They also spilled oil on my engine causing a burnt oil smell. It's not worth the savings for the 2.5 hour wait and the customer experience.
