He took extreme detail to the wheels and the sides of the cars as if he knew I had just driven through the African Savannah while being chased by a hear of Elk and Bison. Called to fill my tank for the year, it will last me two years. I was told it would be a week to 10 days to get me on the schedule. I told them the tank is behind a locked gate and I have large dogs, so I had to be present. They said they would call me the day before to let me know when they were coming. Well, they didn't. They showed up a couple days after my call while I was at work. They went through a gate on the opposite side of the house so that they would have to navigate 2 additional gates because of the dogs. Luckily the dogs were in the house. They then had to open another gate to do the fill. When they left 2 gates were unlatched and one completely open. This could have been a disaster. Since I wasn't home when they came I couldn't have them relight my pilot light on my heat stove. I can't do it myself. Then they wanted to charge me fee for a second trip out to light it. It is still unlit. If I had other options I would certainly use them.
