First time trying Açaí Republic after completing a hike. I got the Cali bowl, and it was super refreshing. It came with açaí, granola, mango, strawberries, and pineapple. I think it also came with coconut, but I don't prefer it. Although I don't like paying the extra to add items to my bowls, I added honey and peanut butter, which make the bowl perfect. I had to post a review after my recent experience with Açaí republic! I placed an uber order and was waiting for it, when it didn't arrive when it was supposed to I checked my phone. The order was canceled but Anne personally called me to apologize, explained that an employee hadn't opened her store as planned and offered me a generous gift card for the inconvenience. I never called to accept her card, I know things happen in small businesses but was very impressed by her level of service! Love their açaí bowls and will be a forever customer! read more

The service was really great being that it is new and they're trying to get their feet wet in this area. I like that you can order ahead and certainly there's a big screen that you can order from in the store. And if you need help there's always assistance around. If you'd like a sample of the açai, definitely ask for it. Now I am an açaí snob, and I've tried many different types and the one that I like the most (that is Brazilian) would be less watery than what I experience here. The açai texture was really odd as it was way too icy and I had to cut the ice with a spoon. I even got a brain freeze. I didn't think açaí was the best I have tasted but then again it's all about preference if you like it more watery or thicker. The mini was the perfect amount and if you want to add more toppings, you may wanna opt for the larger cup. read more

delicious acai bowls! you're greeted with a smile and you can order on a kiosk inside. i liked that as i could see what the acai bowls looked like before ordering :) on top of their acai bowls and smoothies, they also offer small bites such as empanadas and cheese balls i got the tahiti, they're generous with their fruits but i wish i had just a bit more of their granola! their granola is really good! portions could also have a tad bit more but i'm not mad!! acai has a lot of flavor and a great consistency. the beef empanada was served warm and was pretty good! didn't have any vegetables inside (what i'm normally used to) inside has places to sit as well as the outside. it's very clean and well lit! my go to for acai in the area :) read more

We showed up about 15 minutes before closing (sorry!), but Kailaya, who was working that night, was absolutely wonderful. The spot is clean, and the white interior gives the location an open and calm vibe. This was my second time at this particular location. And while I very much enjoyed the açaí bowl, the service was lacking. There was no one in the restaurant when we walked in and yet it still took a long time for us to receive our order. The employees heard us come in and saw us at the kiosk, so I know that wasn't the problem. After we finally got our bowls, we sat down to enjoy them but actually had to leave because the music that started blaring in the restaurant contained every obscenity you could think of (f-bombs, sh*t, n word, etc). It didn't make for a pleasant environment. Just a couple of things that can be improved. Hopefully these things can be fixed. read more

Food is good but my goodness the employees are not trained right! I was the 2nd customer on a sat morning and it took 30 min to get one bowl. Then they had a rush of 20 plus people inside it was crazy. But the people making the bowls looked very confused. There needs to be a manager or owner there till they get the hang of it. read more
