Rude, inexperienced "trainers". Horrible hours. Scam of a contract that they con you into.

Should have read the reviews about the PUSHY sales. Bought a Groupon for 10 Classes, first I tried…read morecalling multiple times to see if I needed to sign up for a class but no one answered so I just drove over before a class started only to be told I had to schedule a one on one first and was turned away. Which ok fine....BUT then after you finish your one on one is when the EXTREME sales pitch starts, I specifically told them I wanted to try the 10 classes because there was only 1 class time I could make and wanted to see if it was possible for me to get up that early multiple times a week. Instead I was pushed and pushed into a membership....and of course only ever made it to like 3 classes. And I might add that those situations make me very uncomfortable and give me terrible anxiety so I just always give in. I instantly regretted signing up for any kind of membership before even getting to try out a real class. FAST FORWARD.... I asked to cancel because I just couldn't make it or afford it they make it EXTREMELY difficult to cancel. I had wrote them saying I could not afford it and they come back with ok pay $50 dollars more than you can already not afford and by the way we need 30 days notice so we are going to charge your account again for the $150 membership you don't ever use! All in all there are much CHEAPER gyms out there with TONS of classes and ZERO pushy sale pitches! Save your money and don't get tricked with the "good deal" they try to offer you!

Let me save you the hassle for their pitches. It's $140 a month for a kick boxing club, with $197…read morestart up fee and you have to pay first and last month of an annual fee for $447. They advertise a "free" six weeks - actually you pay $599.95 if you don't crash diet and lose 25 lbs or 6% of body fat according to their unscientific machine at the end of those six weeks. Most doctors tell you that you don't want to lose more than 1-2lbs a week, so the max they should recommend is 12 lbs. I am a weight lifter and I expect to gain weight and instead go through body recomposition, but I doubt whatever they have actually measures body fat. I went in for a consult expecting to work out and have a form review, but first they sat me down and did their pitch. I thought this was to try out kickboxing for free to see if I like it. Nope, they're monetizing crash dieting. Stay away.

I am someone who has historically hated working out--but the 45-minute kickboxing HIIT classes at Fit Theorem are structured in a way that makes workouts go by quickly and incorporate an invigorating amount of energy and fun into each class. The coaches bring such a positive attitude and it is very evident that they are deeply passionate about the classes beyond their paychecks. Another element that I really loved about the classes was that every participant can go at their own paces to keep their heart rates wherever is necessary for individualized goals. The nutrition plan was straightforward with ample choices of proteins, vegetables, and carbs. It was easy to follow for even the busiest of lifestyles. The class times offered from 5:15 am-7:45 pm are very accommodating to different work/school schedules. I would recommend this challenge to anyone that is tired of making excuses and looking for accountability towards healthy goals.
