I mentioned this problem to the manager a long time ago, and I told him again recently. At this point it seems like the problem is out of his hands and he can't really do anything about it, so I asked another employee what was going on. They basically told me that they already called a plumber to check the water dispenser because it wasn't dispensing cold water. The plumber came, but the dispenser is still exactly the same, dispensing warm water. From what I understood, the manager already explained the situation to his higher up, the higher up was the one who called the plumber, and even after knowing that the problem was not fixed, they still haven't called another plumber or done anything else about it. So who do I need to call or talk to? Someone has to be able to fix this issue. As a customer, I expect good service. I've been to other Planet Fitness locations and their water dispensers actually dispense cold water. When I'm working out sometimes I need cold water to cool myself down and not feel nasty, but at this Planet Fitness I basically have to buy a bottle of water every time if I want cold water. And honestly it makes me question it, is the water dispenser being left like this so customers have to buy the cold bottled water? I don't get it. The owner of this location makes money from all of us customers paying memberships every month, so whoever is the higher up responsible for this location needs to actually pay attention to what is happening in their business. If someone is responsible for handling these problems and they keep ignoring them, then maybe they shouldn't be in that position. At the very least, somebody needs to take this matter seriously and get it fixed.
