My favorite place in east-bay for my Asian groceries. You can't meet the prices. The surface is always good. The food is always good. I love how organized every thing is . You have to come here next time your are near.

Beware small gai choy on sale should have "x" on bay or else they charge large gai choy This is my go to grocer store. I now come often for the weekly sales... like how I found the Milkis Sanrio combo: buy a drink pack with free tote or shirt. But you gotta act fast! Thank you for always having Sailor Moon Ocean Bomb drinks! Please please get some Sailor Pluto and Sailor Saturn drinks in the future - I need to finish my series collection!! And don't forget to wear a jacket, it gets super cold.

Beware fake weight to add onto price.

Beware they are using a shady weighing machine. As you can see after weighing it at home I am missing .15 pounds of meat. Dishonest market. Never coming back again.

Dim sum from the self-serve hot food deli station was okay but the sesame balls are getting smaller. I did not get to try the other self-serve hot cooked food.

It's a challenge to not come here when they are the biggest Asian market on this side of the tunnel. The variety of items is good, the brands of the items are good and they have lots of produce and seafood. The downside is that quality is lacking in some aspects. Today is a perfect example where the person behind the counter grabbed the chicken bun for me and I could see that it was over steamed. I know, I should have asked for another one but I hate being one of those ladies. Still, where is the quality control? Last year, I came here for fresh crab because the price was right. Unfortunately, my crabs were lacking in flavor as the crabs are in the racks with city water running through their tanks. I ended up hauling to Oakland Chinatown where the crabs were just coming off the truck. Big improvement in taste because their crabs had sweetness and the salty ocean taste every time. The orderliness seems to be changing here as the end caps of the aisles in the back are no longer stacks of boxes versus shelving. I appreciate that they appear to hire the locals because not every employee is Asian. So, I'm not a fan of their dim sum because the skins are thick and lacking in flavor. We have had the roasted duck and not enough flavor for me. Parking is great but very busy on the weekends Watch yourself because people drive crazy.

Great finds for vegan and plant based. Natural and seeded fruits and vegetables. Things you can't find at local chain grocery stores.

Ask the Community - 99 Ranch Market

Do they accept EBT if you have them fry the fish? I know you can for fresh fish, but does their frying it change the rules? Typically EBT can't be accepted for ready to eat hot items.

    Do they accept Apple Pay?

    Yes they do!

    Are there any Japanese cheesecakes?

Do they have the popular brown sugar boba ice cream?when is the good day to go there?cuz it's always sold out n I drove 40 min to get there.

They have lots of different brands and there's a sale on a lot of them right now!

    Raw oysters available here?

Yes at the fresh seafood area. Sold in bags

Do they sell mochi (not mochi ice cream)?

I feel like being an asian store, yes they should have some but it would be in the dry section, not frozen.

    Is there any boba supplies?

Yes, we had bought the boba bubbles there.

Concord Produce is a medium sized, locally owned and operated, fruit & vegetable "stand" , with attached fresh fish market catering to customers of multiple ethnicities, & cultures, speaking a dozen different languages .... No pretense .... and that's definitely part of its charm! Second, if you're looking for an environment with massive selection, automatic vegetable misters, checkout scanners, and full service accommodations..... this ain't it. It's " here's what we have today ... it's great quality, it's certainly fresh, and it's pricing is nothing short of fantastic ... on most items! What YOU need to bring with you, when you take advantage of Concord Produces incredible prices .... Is your patience! And finally, keep in mind, fruit and vegetable prices fluctuate constantly.... I.e. lots to remember! Net, net .... Great pricing, terrific value, hard working staff!

One of my receipt shown a mid size watermelon @ 0.79 lb and I can hold it with my one hand estimated about 10lbs but on their scale weighted 17.5 lbs @ 0.79 causes $13.82 a watermelons while Costco and other places were ~$6.99 each the same or even the bigger sizes! I heard about this restaurant from my brother, and we decided to give it a try. My first…read moreimpression walking into it was that the restaurant was surprisingly huge inside, and I loved how well air conditioned it was, especially on a hot day. Overall, the place felt very clean, tidy, and well organized. The service was also great and staff were friendly and welcoming, which was definitely a plus. Now, let's get to the food review. Original Sisig Kapampangan: Absolutely delicious. It was served on a hot plate and had a savory, creamy flavor (possibly from the mayonnaise) while still tasting a bit tangy once you squeezed lemon over it. I'd definitely order this again. Beef Brisket Kare Kare: I honestly thought I didn't like kare kare until I tried their version. The peanut sauce was rich and savory without tasting like peanut butter in a jar like Skippy. The beef was tender, and I also loved the assortment of vegetables included in the dish. What really took it to another level, though, was the bagoong sauce (on the side), which paired so well with this dish. This dish was absolutely yummy. Sizzling Beef Brisket Ala Pobre: We were really excited to try this because we'd heard great things about it, but unfortunately, it didn't really deliver. The flavor was pretty bland, and even though it was topped with fried garlic, it was still missing a strong garlic flavor. The beef itself was tender, which was probably the only good thing about the dish, but aside from that, the sauce and overall flavor were just underwhelming. Garlic Rice: This came in a pretty generous portion enough for three. I could definitely taste the garlic, but I think it could've used a little more. Still, it was good overall.

The pain had gotten pretty bad. When I got to the shelf, the product was missing except for a sign that said, "Limited shelf stock, please see customer service." I went to the guest service area and waited patiently since nobody was there. After a few minutes, a woman came out of the office and asked, "Did you need something?" I explained that I was looking for Orajel and the sign directed me there. She responded by saying, "Oh no, this area is closed." Confused, I asked if she could still help me. She said no because she had the safe open in the office and told me I'd have to go to customer service, then went back into the office and shut the door. At that point, I was honestly stunned. I asked another employee nearby taking out the trash where customer service was, and he smirked and said, "That right there," pointing to where I was already standing. Normally I wouldn't make a big deal out of something like this, but I was in a lot of pain and felt like I was just getting the runaround. Thankfully, my girlfriend noticed the Orajel was actually locked behind the counter. Then an employee named Willy, who was working one of the registers, called out and asked if I needed help. Willy came over immediately, helped locate the product, logged into customer service himself, and tried to unlock the case.. but then the key actually broke off in the lock. At that point I was thinking, "You can't make this stuff up." Even after that, Willy still went above and beyond. He used a grabber tool to retrieve the product from the locked case, rang us up, and completely turned the situation around. I'm writing this review because Willy gave me some of the best customer service I've had in a long time after one of the most frustrating experiences I've had at a store. Huge shoutout to Willy! He's the only reason I'd come back to this location.

We're 4th and the cashier looked new and painfully timid. She was scanning each item and instead of sliding it down to the bagging area was carefully setting each item. I get the idea behind it but it wasn't realistic. I asked another associate if they could call more checkers and he said no. I wish I could remember his name because he said no, I waited 15 minutes only for them to open two lines, Mr. No being one of the people who started checking. You're supposed to take the next person in line and the ppl behind me dispersed like flies. The courtesy is gone these days amongst people, but it was Safeway's job to take the next person in line & not have employees deceive like that. Ms. Timid called for a Service 1(all available checkers to come) a few minutes after I asked. It frustrating to be lied to your face and to wait only for the people behind me to hop in line for two minutes but get checked out before us.
