This place serves a lot of random food items while trying to incorporate Chinese influence. I've read in Chinese, hamburger just means sandwich. This place does not just serve the classic hamburgers, but rather, focuses on chicken. I wanted to try their boba so I got the bubble milk tea. It was extremely mediocre. To the point that I'd say if you want to come here and want boba, don't order in this shop. Instead, get it from one of the other places nearby. This drink tasted powderly and flavorless. There wasn't any sweetness to it (although I might have missed the sugar button, but I assumed they come at 100% if you do not adjust anything). Boba itself was okay, a tad hard and a little slimy, but not awful. They did include an okay amount of pearls, and the portion itself was pretty good for the price. I'll be honest with you, the whole reason I wanted to come here was because it reminded me of Wild Duck Burger from Persona 3, a video game I love. After walking backwards into this restaurant and admiring the light sign projected on the ground, here are my thoughts: They make everything fresh to order! Ask them about what the special of the day is and you may end up getting some free food! I got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was the best. Highly recommend! The fries were also good, thin, fresh and crispy. The actual burger was pretty standard fast food burger. The popcorn chicken had a Chinese five spice type blend on it, so it was just okay, not as exciting as the spicy chicken sandwich. I love the kawaii little faces on the packaging and the whole amusing "delicious food can't stop" writing on the wrapper. The ambiance there is a little lacking. We enjoyed taking pics with the angel wings and halo, but other than that, there's just fake plants or a real dead ginseng tree that's sadly found a grave right on the side counter of 98k. I've had both the mixed fried chicken combo and the fried chicken sandwich over the past few weeks. I think they're both very consistently juicy, crispy and freshly fried (as opposed to many other fast fried chicken joints that have piles of fried chicken in waiting). My favorite thing about them is the thick and incredibly crispy breading. It's a preference though and a friend thought it was a little too much. The fries are always just so-so. I guess it's not crispy enough and feels like they're on the verge of being soggy. The cashiers are always very polite and the prices are pretty hard to beat. One thing to note though is that the mixed chicken combo takes a bit of time (~20 mins) so I'd just get the sandwich if you're in a hurry. read more

The pudding milk tea didn't use real milk, it was the milk powder stuff. I ordered 30% sweetness, and it was plenty sweet. The pudding was pretty good in the milk tea. To our surprise, they gave us free chicken nuggets because we ordered over $25 of food. The nuggets reminded me of McDonald's chicken nuggets, but better texture and flavor. I did hear good reviews on their chicken sandwiches, so I'd have to give that a try next time. My friend tried their baby shrimps, and wouldn't recommend it. The shrimps were tiny with too much batter. When you bite through the batter, the shrimp just slides out with little flavor. The service was nice though, and they have a big seating area. The breading leaves much to be desired, not crispy but quite hot and oily. The meat itself is soft however two problems - no flavor, size of meat smaller than bun by a large margin. Got a bit grossed out after a few bites. Fries were so-so, like limp noodles and just not appetizing either. Wings - got a grilled one and a fried one. Neither were flavorful and did not like. Comparisons to Chik-Fil-A? I would say not and a benefit of the doubt could be that they are new and needs to work more on execution, service and presentation. Finally, several requests to cut the sandwich in half and to get ketchup proved to be a hard task. A bit baffling since we were the only ones there and no line. The main room you enter and walk to the counter and order. The side room is a nice size and has quite a few tables. Check the menu out if you are interested. It is posted on the window or you can see it online or inside. You can get chicken many ways. The menu has wings, chicken sandwiches, wraps, burgers, shrimp, rice combos and milk tea. My No. 10 was a spicy chicken sandwich two wings and a soda. The chicken on the No. 10 is a breast that has lettuce tomato and a sauce. The chicken was tasty with a little spice. Hamburger?), there is only one American-styled hamburger item (specifically a cheeseburger) on the menu, and the vast majority of the menu consists of chicken: fried, spicy, grilled, Orleans style. Did I mention the fries and spicy popcorn chicken are phenomenal side dishes? It is also worth mentioning that for those who eschew fast food or avoid it for dietary reasons, it is entirely possible to order safer, more heart-healthy rice-based dishes rather than fried chicken or a sandwich-and-fries combo. The variety on the menu is an enormous point in this restaurant's favor. The service is a bit rushed and impersonal, but hey, it's a fast food place, you're there to get your fix of fats and carbs, not make best friends for life. We got the number 1 special and the popcorn chicken. The flavor of the chicken was similar to onion soup powder and is mostly bread crumbs in a greasy bag.
