Gone is the Photo Booth and most of the table sitting. It's mostly just a store for merch you can get at a lot of other places including Amazon. While they do still have ramen it's not like it was. Also the A/C was either broken or not working. I couldn't get out of that hot box fast enough. We ended up buying a some ramen but there was no way we were attempting to eat it there. You can get better and cheaper at H-Mart or for a dine in experience I recommend going to the Brea Mall for the K-Ramen store there. That place has seating, A/C and lots of variety.

The aisles are well organized, clearly labeled, and spacious, making the layout easy to navigate and stress‑free. Everything looked orderly and hygienic, especially around the pharmacy area, which I really appreciate. The pharmacy team truly deserves special recognition. They are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and highly professional. They made sure everything was correct, explained things clearly, and kept the process moving smoothly. You can tell they work well together and genuinely care about providing good service. Most of the staff throughout the store were welcoming and helpful, adding to the positive atmosphere. Checkout felt a little rushed, but overall this is a very clean, well‑run store with an excellent pharmacy team, and I'm always happy to come back.

This was honestly one of the worst pharmacy experiences I've had…read more I came in with two prescriptions because I was dealing with severe pain. I was told that one of my prescriptions wouldn't be available until Monday. I specifically asked what I was supposed to do about being in pain from Friday all the way until Monday, and the pharmacist essentially told me I needed to go to the second window and speak with another pharmacist so they could transfer it somewhere else. I went to the second window, only to be told that they actually had the medication there. So why wasn't I simply told that in the first place? Then I was told to wait another 15 minutes for the second prescription. When you are standing there in significant pain, having to go from one window to another and then wait around because the information wasn't communicated properly is incredibly frustrating. What made the experience even worse was that the first pharmacist barely explained my medication to me. I left without a proper explanation of what the prescription was for, how it was supposed to help, or what important precautions I should know. I had to find out the basic information myself afterward. When someone comes into a pharmacy with severe pain, communication and patient counseling should not be an afterthought. I shouldn't have to go home and research my own prescriptions because the pharmacist couldn't take a moment to explain them. The whole experience felt disorganized, unnecessarily difficult, and completely lacking in compassion. I expected much better from a pharmacy and especially from someone working directly with patients and their medications. Very disappointing experience.
