It was base $75 (I thought this would be $55 because I booked my appointment online and that's what it said) +20 for French, +20 for chrome, +20 for flower, +10 for removal of what I had coming in. I got a cat-eye design, and my manicurist did a great job shaping my nails and helping me choose a color. I was really happy with how they turned out. Unfortunately, my pedicure was a completely different experience. Although the same technician did both services, she didn't shape my toenails, ask what nail shape I wanted, check if I was happy with the length, or even confirm that I liked the polish color before finishing. I left wishing I had skipped the pedicure altogether. That was ultimately the biggest reason for my rating. While I was very pleased with my manicure, the disappointing pedicure outweighed the positives, and because of that, I don't see myself coming back. I felt that it was a misleading quote, but since I was there - I decided to just pay extra. Now onto the service itself, my nail tech was very rough when removing my 3D nail art. I audibly yelled when she ripped it off with pliers without a warning. I can see the bruise under my nail since its purple now. Shaping wise, not even and I still have bits of cuticle stuck on my nail - even though I paid extra to have them removed... The overall vibe of the salon is a little older and aged. Gets the job done, but was painful and not too thorough.

I had a design in mind coming in, but they share more recent designs that they've done and I ended up going with one that they recommended. I also needed two gel x tips put on because my nail chipped beyond repair the day before, but it sounds like they can usually fix minor issues. It all came out wonderfully, and looks even better in person. Because they are so detail oriented and careful, this appointment will take a long time. I think we were there for nearly 3.5 hours in total, so schedule your time appropriately. It's not cheap, but the nails are very sturdy and good quality.

All their nail products is made in Japan and I love all their colors you can choose. And Nicole was my nail tech and she did such a good job. My finger is really bad and I have a lot of dead skins. Nicole was really taking her time to clean all my cuticle area and I was amazed how nice my nails was afterward. I didn't do any crazy style or stuff but I wanted to do something simple this time since I was going to an interview. But I will be back for sure the coming week and do some more design this time. In my opinion, the out the door price at $60.00 was not worth the service provided. I could perhaps justify the bells and whistles if the basic service was fantastic, but it was not. The staff was friendly and nice. I just left feeling like my feet weren't really taken care of. To my surprise, the regular polish I had asked for peeled off within 24 hours.

I've been really into the Hailey Bieber chrome look, usually the white pearl, and this time I tried a pink pearl instead and loved how it turned out. My sets with Michelle have lasted me over 42 days, which is honestly impressive. Once my nails grow out again, I'll most likely be coming back to her. Michelle is calm, patient, listens to what I want, and also gives helpful recommendations when I'm deciding what to do. The salon itself is pretty clean, and I've noticed a sanitizing station near the restroom, which is reassuring. So far I haven't had any issues during the years I've been coming here. Rather than taking accountability for the conduct described, the owner attempted to dismiss the incident by characterizing the use of an unclean towel as a mere "misunderstanding." Such a response is deeply troubling and reflects a lack of transparency and responsibility. The issue was not a misunderstanding. The technician attempted to reuse a towel that had already been used on another customer during my sister's pedicure service. This was witnessed and confirmed by another customer in the salon. Only after being confronted did the technician stop disputing the matter and obtain a clean towel. The owner's attempt to minimize this conduct raises serious concerns regarding sanitation practices within the salon and whether similar incidents may have occurred previously without customers' knowledge. Equally concerning was the technician's conduct following the incident. While she attempted to adjust the water temperature after my sister notified the technician that the water was unbearably hot, she never apologized, or demonstrated any concern for my sister's comfort. Instead, she began scooping water from the pedicure basin with a bowl while my sister sat there visibly uncomfortable and distressed. At that point, my sister no longer felt safe or comfortable continuing the service because she had lost confidence in the technician's judgment, professionalism, and hygiene practices. What is most disappointing is the owner's response afterward. Rather than addressing the matter with empathy or accountability, the response came across as passive aggressive, dismissive, and condescending. For my pedicure, Pan Pan did an amazing job. I mentioned that I didn't want my toenails cut too short because they're prone to becoming ingrown, and she was very careful and shaped them perfectly. I also really like the color she helped me choose. The salon was a little busy, so I waited a few minutes, but not long at all. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and really listened to what I wanted.
