I just found my new favorite restaurant! My boyfriend and I went in on a Friday night to check out the new Thai and sushi restaurant. Since both Thai and sushi are my favorite cuisines, I am pretty picky when it comes down to it. They are in their early stages as they just opened 3 weeks ago, but you couldn't even tell! We started off with hot sake before ordering a chicken Massaman Curry dish and a couple sushi rolls. While we were waiting for our main entrees, our waitress brought us complementary appetizers (so nice!), Tuna poke. The tuna was so fresh, not the usual mashed up spicy tuna mix. The appetizers were so delicious, I was anxious to see what the main dish had to offer. When we got our main entrees, I was amazed by the presentation and taste. The chicken was so tender in the massaman, it fell apart. Usually the chicken in these dishes are rubbery and flat but this tasted like it was straight out of a kitchen in Thailand- SO GOOD. Went here for lunch while on vacation. The food was very good and the sushi was pretty fresh. I would have given this place a higher rating if it wasn't for the mishap that happened while paying. I was gifted a restaurant.com coupon for $15. When I went to pay for it, our waiter told us we couldn't use the coupon because it couldn't be combined with any promotion. If this is the case, then the coupon should state specifically "cannot be combined with lunch special" or "dinner only" as some coupons state. And since it doesn't, the waiter should disclose this before ordering food. Another thing is that I ordered an item that was NOT part of the lunch special and was still pretty pricey for what it was. This LUNCH cost me $40, which is outrageous and I'm from New York. Needless to say, I'm huge on customer service, and although they weren't outright rude about it, they should be honoring coupons that are not specific and can easily confuse their customers. The staff waiting on us was amazing. Very friendly and they could not have provided better service. However, the food, wasn't that great. We ordered the calamari and what we were brought was heavily battered chewy squid bits. We order calamari most places we go and this was quite lacking. We also order a plain tuna roll in fear of another disaster but other then being pricey it was decent. Lastly, we ordered a $15 dollar chicken curry dish and were left wondering why the price was so high. It tasted well but we are still wondering where the money went. read more

This is a business my wife and I have frequented often this summer and fall during the pandemic. Food and service were always good. Tonight at 5:50 pm I ordered 2 orders of Pad Thai, 1 order of fried rice, 1 order of spring roll all for pickup. I was told 35 to 40 minutes. Makes sense, I wait 35 minutes and drive there, go into the restaurant provide my name and am told my order is "not quite ready". I was asked to pay for it ~$54.00, plus I added a $10 tip (keep in mind for pickup), and then was told they would bring it out to the car. As I was walking out of the restaurant a group of 4 was walking in and from my car I happened to notice them being seated. I waited 25 minutes in my car (now an hour and 5 minutes) and then went back into the restaurant for an update. I was told it wasn't ready yet and would be at least 30 more minutes. I live here full time so I understand the season being busy but I'm not sure that an hour and 35 minutes makes sense for carry out when you're told 35-40 minutes and asked to pay knowing they were going to make me wait at least 55 minutes more. Oh and remember the 4 folks walking into the restaurant when I walked out to wait in my car? They were being served their food as I walked out! So those of you whom supported this business during the pandemic - plan to be disappointed now. They have lost all my business which I understand isn't much but we order take out from here at least 3 times a month - I mean we used to order take out.......goodbye. read more

We've been to this place 3 times for lunch, and it's delicious every time. We get green curry and the the lunch combo with salmon avocado sushi. The pieces of salmon in the sushi are huge. The green curry is probably the best we've ever had, and it's equally good and spicy every time. It's never busy, either, which I find totally baffling. So disappointed. Don't bother coming if you are Asian or know what real Thai food tastes like. We ordered sushi, Tom kha, and juggle (not a spelling error that's how it is on the menu) curry. Tom kha was way too sweet even though I asked for extra spicy and extra sour. The sushi was covered in this sweet sticky sauce that was like syrup. The juggle curry had really tough old beef. Worst of all, I ate the sushi ginger and felt weird immediately after. I couldn't hold it in anymore and threw up in their bathroom. The only thing that came out was the ginger. I wanted to leave right away. Then the lady, maybe manager, tried to tell me that they served it before and nothing happened to other customers. Like what did she want me to tell her? The ginger tasted funny and I got sick. They also kept saying it must've been too spicy for me. I eat ginger all the time. They also asked me what color ginger I usually eat? I went to Thailand for three weeks this past winter and I've been craving some really good and authentic Thai since I've been back. So far, this one is the best. Everything was made fresh for us. The spring rolls were fried perfectly. My husband had the fried flounder which was served with mixed vegetables, white rice and a garlic fish sauce. He enjoyed it but we both really loved my seafood green curry. There was a whole lobster tail, scallops, shrimp, mussels, and calamari mixed with veggies, fresh basil and a most decadent green Thai curry sauce. The service was A+ and the newly remodeled modern space was relaxing and comfortable. This is an excellent spot for date night or almost any occasion.
