Poor costumer service
Larissa G.

The sushi was good, but the order arrived with only one pair of chopsticks and one soy sauce container that wasn't even half full, even though I ordered three rolls. When I called, they said customers must specify how many people are eating, otherwise they only send one. Tip: make sure to mention the number of people in your order, or you'll only get one set of chopsticks and one sauce.

I come here often with my friend. The people who work here from the sushi chef to the servers is 5 stars. We always order their hot sake and Sapporo beer. The sushi is amazing. We always order the Boston roll and this last time we ordered another one that I can't remember. I think yummy roll not sure. Never had a roll I didn't like here. The presentations is great. My last visit I had the Pad Thai and it was great. I also had the chicken fried rice level 4 spicy and it was the best. Next visit I want to try the Tom yum soup. The sushi chef makes this jalapeño stuffed with salmon and fried that's bomb! The place is always intimate. Season is here though this past week was busy.

Miami Heat Roll

The food was fantastic!! My husband and I are always looking for a good food spot on our way to Cape Coral as we go here often!! We both had the Miami heat roll, fried rice with beef to share, I had Gyoza & he had crab rangoons. Everything was so delicious & the service was fantastic as well!! This is our new spot!!

This place is amazing. I've been to sushi places all over the country and it rivals any of them maybe the best of all. Each dishes is a masterful presentation and super delicious. Easily rivals New York and Los Angeles. What a gem.

Lobster roll

The food was amazing. All the rolls were spectacular in presentation and taste. The service was great. The noodle soup had a very homey taste. And don't forget to try the fried ice cream.

One of our neighbors used to live in the area and recommended anything in Tin City for lunch. We walked to Tin City from the free parking structure just off 5th Avenue and, while we found the area mildly interesting, we didn't like any of the typical joints along the water. Besides, having eaten at Dockside in Venice the day prior, we were looking for something other than seafood. In looking at Yelp, we were intrigued by Ichi Togarishi so we walked back towards 5th Avenue. Located just off 5th Avenue, this small place would be quite easy to miss. Upon entering, we realized how snug this place was. We were seated promptly and presented the menu. My wife ordered the Chicken Veggie Shoyu Soy Ginger and I had the Chashu Belly Garlic Noodle. We both liked our dishes, with complex, bold flavors. The Chashu belly was tender with sweetness and soy flavor shining thru. Its flavor profile reminded me of Pad Thai. A very nice find in Naples!

From the moment we walked in, the energy matched the occasion--calm, intimate, and polished without being pretentious. The service was exceptional, and I don't say that lightly. Our server was attentive to the flow of the evening, almost like they followed the house motto of "let the experience guide the guest." Every interaction felt natural, and every course arrived at the perfect time, no reminders needed. Now let's talk about the dish that stole the spotlight: the Shrimp Tempura Roll. It arrived crisp, warm, and beautifully plated. The texture contrast between the crunchy exterior and soft interior was on point. What took it next-level was the pairing with The Beach by Whispering Angel--a pink moscato that turned the entire moment into a scene from a dream. The fruity notes of the wine danced perfectly with the shrimp, elevating every bite with a refreshing finish. I always tell my friends: if you're looking to impress on a first date, this is the place. It's classy without trying too hard, intimate enough for conversation, and the food does more than just fill you--it sets the tone.

My boyfriend and I were happy with the food and drink: Lychee Martini - good, not too sweet Crab Rangoon - amazing - real crab! Black Dragon Roll - good Spider Roll - yum! Panang Curry with Shrimp - yum! The next time we are in town, we will definitely dine here! LOL

Everyone was very happy with their food. The cesar salad is very good. They put a lot of a cheese on it, which is awesome. I love cheese. I have only had the triggerfish and it is an amazing dish. The fish is not fishy at all. It is meaty but light and flaky. They give a good sized portion. The pimento cheese is to die for. I can't believe how much of it I ate on my last visit. Then we have the key lime pie. Wow. Double wow. It has a burnt sugar topping similar to creme brulee. The filling is light and tart. The pie ties with Sweet Melissas. The interior is super cute. I love the nautical colors. They have a nice bar too. Hurry up and try it. You won't be disappointed.

Service started a little slowly--we didn't meet our server for about 15 minutes, although another team member quickly brought us water and drinks. Once our server arrived, he was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. It seemed like he may have been covering several tables that evening, so we completely understood. Our meal ended up taking about 90 minutes after reservation, which was longer than we expected for a quick dinner. We shared two dozen oysters, king crab legs, the miso butterfish, and cocktail.. The oysters were fresh, though we had slightly higher expectations. The king crab was easily the standout of the meal. The miso butterfish was well prepared but a bit heavy on the sauce--I think a touch of acidity and a side of vegetables would have balanced it nicely, something to consider. Between the waterfront breeze, friendly hosts, and our server's hospitality, we still had an enjoyable evening. It may have simply been a busy night for the service team. We'd gladly give Syren another try.
