It does hurt, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be. Your first wax always hurts the most because obviously you don't know what to expect, but it does get better after the first strip. I texted them before hand to get some advice and they were kind enough to text me back and gave me some tips. I took anti-histamine 30 minutes before going in and took an ibuprofen that night before going to bed. Voila! My skin is still smooth and I have no allergic reaction. Alexandra was very nice and friendly. The service was very fast and it didn't hurt much at all. The tree tea oil Alexandra out on me afterwards also didn't feel heavy or creamy.
