Hyper Flow Service has been my trusted plumbers since 2021, for the past 4.5+ years. The owner,…read moreKyle, has also referred me to my equally trustworthy HVAC/Electrician, ArkEHC, and I couldn't be happier! I've worked with David, Jacob, Brian, and James, and can't speak more highly of all of them! They've all helped me in various ways, the past few years, during both emergencies and routine maintenance. It all started in Labor Day 2021, when I had just flown here from Arlington, VA (Washington, DC), to "hug my dad for surviving COVID," as he returned home from the hospital after starting at the VA, then being at a private hospital for 5-weeks, and he was scheduled to be discharged Labor Day weekend, just as his basement sewage plumbing backed up! I was so overwhelmed. I called 1.800 Water Mitigation, to remove all the HAZMAT, then get going on the dehumidifiers, fans, and worked with USAA to re-build the entire basement thereafter, and for the stopped-up toilet, I called Hyper Flow. James helped me snake the basement toilet, and begin to explain all of home plumbing to me. That was 4-years ago. Then I began hiring Hyper Flow to slowly rebuild two upstairs toilets that my dad had perhaps not maintained as well as ideal (he was on fixed income, after all, so no judgment), as well as the two upstairs bathroom sinks, then ultimately I hired them to replace the Kitchen Sink Faucet (James did this work, as Brian was the manager, who helped me assess the problem and do the estimate). James also helped me get my Water Heater (that a different company installed, that was no up-to-code) up to code, per the retroactive Home Inspection, and James helped me install a mainline water shutoff. My house is finally in ship-shape - on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC - all thanks to Kyle, the owner of Hyper Flow. Highly recommend! FYI, they've also jetted my lateral sewage line pipes - twice - and I will be hiring them for the excavation of the line that connects to my HOA main sewage line, before it connects to the City of Denver, once that time comes. Great work, great value, and - most of all - I trust them & their work.

I hired Grade A Excavation to remedy several issues that were causing water seepage in my basement…read more. Hugh, Mike and team corrected the slope of my side yard, adding compacted soil and new gravel to correct the drainage. They filled in a low spot caused by tree growth in the back yard. Most complicated was a paver patio that had subsided in crazy ways. The back stoop had tilted away from the house and was funneling water into a void right against the foundation. The other companies I contacted fell into four categories: bid a complicated solution at double the price; submitted a two-sentence bid with zero detail; took one look and turned down the work; or ghosted me entirely. What sold me on Grade A was how well they explained what I needed and listened to my concerns. Instead of a buried French drain, they recommended surface solutions (grading, correctly aimed downspouts, splash blocks and gutter guards) so in the coming years, we can verify they're still carrying water away from the house as designed. Grade A bid a fair price, showed up on schedule, communicated every day about progress and field changes, and went out of their way to create a solution that solves the problem -- and find the right materials that let us reuse the existing pavers. I knew in advance the price was subject to change depending on what they found under the stoop. What they found was actually a nightmare but the price adjustment was lower than I expected. Bottom line: drainage problems fixed, yard and patio look great. The crew was friendly, courteous and hard-working. Highly recommend.

They did residential landscaping work for…read moreme involving leveling the edge of my yard, cleaning up, expanding my yard with grass, adding mulch and planting trees. Before and after attached. In addition to the work a few things that stood out: - Hugh was incredibly easy to work with and honest. If there were changes that needed to happen we'd discuss it and he'd give an updated quote. The update was never absurd and made it so we focused on the job not haggling or worrying. - Grade A was one of the few companies I worked with where the owner seemed connected to all the employees. Hugh introduced them all, seemed to look out for them and acted like a team. They were all really cool in return. All in all for the job well done, ease of working with and great business practices I think working with Grade A is an easy decision and I've already recommended them to some neighbors.

Go Direct Services - Luis scoping a customers sewer line.

Really and truly impressed with services provided by Luis!…read more Over the weekend, my 8-year-old had used wayyyy more toilet paper than his little bum needed, and after shop vacuuming the overflow twice and being unable to unclog myself, I sent the call of distress to Yelp. Another plumbing company- while prompt- came to look at it, and was asking $150 more than what Go Direct Services stated was their flat rate. I sent the initial company away without my business, and contacted Go Direct Services. That same day, Luis was able to squeeze me in and fixed the issue within minutes and all for a flat fee of $79. Really appreciate not being price gouged when I realize that the problem is an easy fix. We may have found our new local professional!

My tech called around 1:40 pm saying they were wrapping up the prior job and would be at my home in about 30-40 minutes. Still good. 3:00 rolls around and nothing. I text the number for an updated ETA and was told about 35 minutes or sooner. I had to get back to work so luckily my wife works remotely and was home for their arrival at 3:40. From her interaction she stated things could have been a little better. Their were two techs, one in training. Upon entering our home the trainee starts going into a different part of the house that had nothing to do with our service so she had to redirect him. Then at the conclusion of our service she noticed our washer drain hose was not placed back in the drain tube where it needed to go so she had to put it back. She did state the main tech was communicative, provided various options (scope or no scope) and was friendly enough. Side gripe on the invoice payment portal.....I would think plumbers get paid enough of a living wage to negate the need for a tip, but I guess with where tipping culture is in America, Go Direct feels the need to ask for additional funds as a tip upon checkout.
