This place was so good. The service was fast, the food was hot and everything was delicious. My fiancé said the food was "effing fantastic." I consider myself a crab rangoon connoisseur, and these were top notch. Perfect amount of cheese to crab ratio. All of the other food was perfect. It reminded me of why i love trying new places. 10/10 no notes. I just hope this place doesn't get too busy (selfishly), because i want to eat here a whole lot more. And the radio station they chose for the music had me dancing.

I found a real gem in the heart of Beaver County... Today I had lunch at the new Bao Bao dumpling and Ramen restaurant in Monaca. The newly renovated space was beautiful, the service was good and prompt. Food was really good and prices were good for what you get ( only exception was the fried rice, tasty but not worth the $14 price tag considering the portion size) Dumplings were solid as was the cucumber salad. Hot & Sour soup was excellent and the table condiments were very good especially the homemade garlic soy sauce. Beaver county definitely has another gem in its crown

The General Tso's chicken was tasty but the texture was string and chewy. The Crab Rangoon was good & plentiful.

Overall: It's so nice to have a quality ramen place in the canton area. The seating area is cute…read moreand not super over crowded. The ramen deal with an appetizer was well priced! I liked how much food you got and how you had a few options to choose from. Food: * pineapple passion mojito - 5/5 absolutely DELICIOUS. It was a perfect drink to have with dinner. It was light and refreshing with just enough sweetness. * chicken and pork bao - 4/5 super yummy! I actually liked the pork more than the chicken. It was almost like a buttery taste. It was soft and the meat just fell apart. The chicken was good too but was more on the tough side, probably because it was fried. * spicy beef ramen - 5/5 I will absolutely be back to get this again. Just the right level of spice. All the ingredients were fresh, well made, and delicious. It's the type of food that you can't help eating more of even though you're beyond full. * crispy chicken ramen - 3.5/5 This was still a good choice! I loved the chicken in it. I think this is a very safe choice for anyone who might be on the more picky side. The broth was good but not spicy. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place! There are so many options and there is something for everyone to try.

When getting carried out they packed the ingredients separately from the broth which I loved. We got the spicy on the side and I was so glad we did because in my opinion it packed heat. The spicy is like chili crunch oil . Prices were average , I believe probably on par with other ramen spots . My husband teriyaki tom broth has a delicate thickness to it. We both said both broths felt rushed. They weren't really savory and tasted bland, and underdeveloped. It has a good beginning/starting flavor but should have shimmered longer. Not the best ramen or worst ramen. Simply in the middle. We ordered carry out so I can't speak to the service or overall atmosphere. The restaurant was clean inside and front cashiers were nice! We also ordered the creme brûlée Thai tea it was delicious!!!

Unfortunately, my experience was not great...not totally awful, but there is lots of room for improvement. I stopped in around 1:00 on a Saturday, and it was still kind of hard to park in their tiny lot. To a person, the staff all seemed annoyed to be there, and that kind of flavored my experience. They have lots of interesting items on their menu for a BBQ place - pork buns, etc. - but for my first meal I went with the basics. I ordered a brisket sandwich, the mac-n-cheese, and a coke. I was given a number to put on my table, and then sat down. The sandwich was soon delivered, but no side. When I asked about my mac-n-cheese I was told "it's coming later" in a less than friendly tone. The brisket was a bit dry and chewy, and there was nothing else on the sandwich. The mac-n-cheese was far less impressive. This was not a scoop of grandma's baked goodness, but something more institutional...basically boiled pasta with a bland and watery sauce. Everyone can have a bad day, so I will likely give Mitch's another shot, but I was not happy during my first visit.
