He was super thoughtful about removing and hauling things like the carpet I tore out. Prices were aligned with others in the area. I liked that Brandon does the work himself, from quote to finish. He completed 4 closets over 2 days. The closets themselves have shifted the whole feel of the rooms. Definitely an upgrade that I'd highly recommend! Lessons I learned, that you may want to heed... if you have access, get in and paint the closets ahead of time. He will do touch ups, and paint over small areas previously occupied by screws, closet bar supports etc, but that doesn't include full painting. In my case the Master closets hadn't been painted since before I moved in 18 years ago - they suddenly looked dingy contrasting with the new materials. It's none fun painting after the fact! Same thing with any flooring updates. Fortunately, I was able to tear up the carpet the evening before he did the last 2 closets. Give yourself the gift of a fully finished, high end closet. I can move the rods up/down depending on how long my clothes are. The shelves are adjustable as well. My closet is now my favorite part of the house.

Chris Larose is really the face of Closet Factory and truly, the best person to have representing this brand. He came by and spent a couple of hours mapping out our closets, the right trimming and color. I felt like he was super thorough and answered all of our questions. Chris came and met us mid Feb; quoted installation for March 11, which we were fine with but asked to be put on a list if there's a chance to install quicker. We were completely wow'd when we got the call that they moved up our installation date to Monday Feb 23rd!! Quoted for 2.5 days but it really took 1.5 days to install 3-4 closets. Our installers were Hugo and Juan - they were super nice and accommodating, put down these mats in our place so to protect the floors. They brought in all the materials and got straight to work. So efficient and so nice, we really lucked out. At the end of installation, we noticed a mismatch on shelving length so Hugo waiting for the new shelves to arrive and installed before he left on day 2. Overall, the process was super easy, quick, and accommodating. One of the best perks is that the materials came from Costco, so having a Costco CC came in handy with the % of money back at the end of the year. Thank you Closet Factory!!

Steven wasn't able to take my job but referred me to Joy Perkins from Omnibus Organizing and I'm so glad he did! From our first interaction Joy was responsive and able to accommodate my hectic schedule. During our initial consultation I knew right away Joy was a person I wanted to work with. A former school teacher, Joy has the perfect mix of patience, cheerfulness and "let's get to it" attitude that put me at ease. If she has judgements, she keeps them to herself and makes the whole process feel fun. My project was a second bedroom that had turned into a bit of a junk closet and was no longer really usable on account of all the stuff I'd haphazardly thrown in there. Joy actively listened as I explained my work/life and hopes I had for my stuff and the room. Following the initial consultation she told me it would take a full day and that she'd bring two other helpers. By the end of that day I'd have my room back. I got that and a lot more. On the day of, my three organizing angels turned up with clear boxes, garbage bags and all the necessary supplies for serious organization. They set up a folding table in my living room and hauled everything out of the second bedroom. During this time I was not needed at all. That's one of the things I really loved about working with Joy: I could do my own work whilst she and her team set about to organizing and they'd simply call me in when they needed my input. I'd taken the day off thinking I would need to be much more of an active participant and since that wasn't the case, I had plenty of time to do laundry and take care of other household chores. The organizers finished the second bedroom faster than expected and moved on to organize my bathroom, pantry and bedroom closet. When there was still a little more time left they worked on a small part of the living room too. By the time they departed, I had a nearly empty second bedroom with a super organized closet finely tuned for my extensive travel and pernicious packing. Not to mention a better bathroom set up and a really good looking pantry that finally made sense. I also rediscovered many things that had been "hiding" in amongst my disorganization! It felt like Christmas at least three times that day. My household, as a result, is much more harmonious.
