Lessons I learned, that you may want to heed... if you have access, get in and paint the closets ahead of time. He will do touch ups, and paint over small areas previously occupied by screws, closet bar supports etc, but that doesn't include full painting. In my case the Master closets hadn't been painted since before I moved in 18 years ago - they suddenly looked dingy contrasting with the new materials. It's none fun painting after the fact! These young ladies came in, assessed and got busy. We hired them to clear and organize our garage that we used as a storage for years. Stuff we had not touched in 15 years. Some new, but most old. One of the best things I think that this crew possesses is the ability to relate to the homeowner in such a way that the homeowner is not feeling trampled upon, BUT at the same time respectfully probing and prodding to move the process of purging along. She worked efficiently to get me a design I loved that's really optimized for my space. I never felt upsold. She genuinely focused on making my space work. We went through a couple of rounds of changes, and she was extremely patient the whole way. We were told installation could take up to eight weeks, but we actually got scheduled two weeks early. Mario and Temo built the whole closet in just 2 days and kept the place really clean. They were polite and efficient, and wrapped up by mid-day. We had 2 closets and one pantry done. The first step was consulting with one of their designers, which was a great experience. Vasu came to our house for the initial consultation, taking measurements and describing the options available. After that visit, she scheduled a Zoom session to present the layout she recommended to my husband and I, and made changes real-time based on our feedback. The initial quote seemed pricey for a simple build like ours, which was mostly made of hanging rods plus a few shelves with no drawers or doors. But they were running a discount offer at the time and Vasu tacked on another "designer discount" which together took the price down to a number slightly less than a quote we got from another closet vendor so we went with them. Once we approved the design and signed the contract, the job was scheduled. Initially the install date was more than 8 weeks out, which seemed long. So I reached out to Vasu and she said she'd put me on a wait list for an earlier date. A couple weeks after that Irene called to say an earlier date had opened up so we took it, which ended up being a wait of only 4 weeks. The install went quickly and our closet was done in less than three hours...maybe a bit too quickly because 5 days later a kick board along the base of one wall of cabinets became bowed out, sticking out almost an inch from the cabinet base. I called to have it fixed, which ended up taking a couple of tries because nobody showed up for the first appointment. But once the crew came out they ultimately fixed the issue and now my closet is perfect. Reading other reviews, it seems like some people have had issues getting resolution with follow-up repairs. All I can say is if that happens to you, don't give up. Try to reach a live person when you call; don't leave voicemail because it seems like my messages about the first crew not showing up went into a black hole. Once I got on the line with Irene, we got it worked out eventually. Because of the bowed-out board that took a bit of extra effort to get fixed, I'm taking off one star. But overall I'm happy with the final product and might even use them again for another room.

This is a problem, because: 1. Each time I emailed, a different person answered. Probably 20 emails over 1 week were arranged before I could get a quote and schedule cleaning. Because emails would usually arrive late at night or around 2-4AM, I guessed the emailers were located outside of the US. 2. Phone calls are not effective. Email info could easily have been conveyed in a 5-minute phone call, but when I called, the representative didn't know anything about scheduling. 3. A third-party cleaner comes to your house. This means there isn't consistency in quality. The cleaners complained that there was too much work and that it would take a 2-person team 4 hours to do the work (clean 1.5 bathrooms, put about less than 10 dishes in the dishwasher). One worker did dishes only during this time (at $40/hr, that's about $4/dish). The other cleaned the bathrooms. And of course they finished in less than 1 hour. 4. Communication with the third-party cleaner was poor. After all the time I spent emailing about what would be included, none of the details they asked about were conveyed. This was part of the time I paid for, because 1 worker called their supervisor to try to get out of doing the work.
