The WORST bowling experience I have EVER had! EVERY ball over 9 lbs has 50 huge dents in them which makes for a wobbly roll! The QR code for waitstaff didn't work. The call button for the waitstaff stayed lit for twenty minutes. I finally went to get help. Waitress finally came and took my order then proceeded to take the order of 10 other people so i went to the bar to order my own drinks, but the bartender would not let me. He told me to go back and wait for my server! THEN to top it all off, we were in the tenth frame, it was my turn, I was down by 2 points, there were 2 minutes left. The game malfunctioned! The pins would not clear and set up properly!! It went on malfunctioning until the time ran out! This place truly sucks and l wish l could give it zero stars! read more

It was a rainy night and we wanted to do something indoors after dinner. So miniature golf and milkshakes seemed perfect. The mean mugs milkshakes were great, and tasted yummy. Prices were not crazy so that is good. Checkin for bowling wast fast. Our son went to order a milkshake (their big selling point) - took forever in himordering and then getting it. I heard a party next to us saying "service sucked." The bowling is really nice coaches but it's squishy to bowling. It's also a much smaller area to walk and bowling. It's also narrow due to the the ball area in the "runway." So I know this has high ratings since so many other bowling alleys are gross (and this is nice) but they skipped for bowlers. read more

Family and I are on vacation and stopped by because we have a store that sells milkshakes similar to Mean Mugs, however, this place is awesome! A couple of different things you can find here: delicious milkshakes, a huge bar, live music, indoor mini golf, arcade games, ping pong tables, billiards, and bowling! And one of the best things about this place is that it stays open until 11 (at least the milkshake place). My husband and I walked around the premises while waiting for our milkshakes to be made (takes a while since the line is long and there's a lot to the milkshakes) and we were pleasantly surprised about how awesome the place is! The milkshakes are delicious and awesome and you get to keep the glass it came in! Definitely will be back to at least play some ping pong next time we come to visit. read more

Mean Mugs is inside the bowling alley now instead of Crazy Mason. Their shakes are comparable to CM. There was no line when we went. Their prices are a bit lower than CM and the new CM location by the mall uses servers. We did not like the new CM with servers and prefer Mean Mugs. read more

We came here on a rainy day during our trip. My dad is a big fan of the milkshake restaurant. This time we tried the mini golf. It was OK but I would rather do outside golf instead. My husband and I were killing time out of the sun on vacation. We decided to try this out. Putt Putt was not great, but billiards were fun. They also have a small arcade, darts, and it was trivia night. The bowling looked pretty cool also. Lots of tables and space at the bar. Such a great experience. Bowling was very affordable compared to our bowling alley back home. Very clean, and attentive staff. Mean mugs milkshake bar inside of the bowling alley is incredible. I was able to get a scoop of Dairy free ice cream for my son (oat based) & my husband and I split a shake. The staff was incredibly sweet and even took the interest of learning more about allergens (although the whipped cream said it was non-dairy, it still contained milk. Sierra is the absolute BEST server we've ever had in there. We've been here dozens of times to shoot pool and never have we had someone come to the pool table to serve us. Overall this is a pretty cool place. You can bowl, play darts, ping pong, pool, shuffle board, mini golf, or arcade games. The bowling lanes are kind of slippery, but you get used to them after one or two frames. There is also a large bar, a kitchen and plenty of TVs to watch whatever sporting events are on. It's a great place to watch a game. My main complaint about this place is the check in and check out system, it's all done from the same counter. For example, I'm trying to return our pool balls and sticks; but the line is like 8 people deep and there is only one person working. Also, there is an arcade with a change machine that only takes ones, but then the bar can't make change, so you have to wait in line at the ONE check in counter to get money for the arcade. That's kind of silly. I'd recommend giving 810 a try. It's something different than just sitting at a restaurant or bar. Plus it's in a great location- Market Common is one of my favorite stops in Myrtle Beach! read more

Manager "James" was asked to the table to provide an answer as to why the establishment could not honor the posted NCAA football special. I was told that they could not honor the posted special due to not being able to keep up with the demand on such as busy day. The business was less than 1/2 filled. We had a great time. I have never bowled before so there was that but its a good place to learn. Diverse crowd, Music was great (90s r&b) and food was tasty. We had honey old bay wings, quesadillas, and mozzarella sticks. Wings were perfectly cooked albeit a tad heavy on the honey and the mozzarella came with both a tasty pesto and the traditional tomato sauce. We opted for adult milkshakes since we were celebrating a birthday and my gawd! Those could fill ya up alone. bowling, good eats, great music, Full bar and waitress service made for a fun birthday afternoon. Bowling was $30/hr and shoes were $4. Menu was reasonably priced so would definitely go again. The only complaint from the experienced bowlers was they didn't have larger that a 13 (bowling ball). Love this place to watch the games. They have the volume for the Panthers and I can still watch the Bears too. Lots of screens and seating. This is for management: please please either install some dimmers for your spotlights or use a lower wattage because it feels like we are a bunch of chicken McNuggets under the heat lamp and hard on the eyes to be under so many super bright lights. Maybe you could at least move them so they don't point right in people's heads. I asked the server about the possibility of dimming them and she was told they'd have to be turned off. First time eating here as we are on vacation and wanted to play some pool. We decided to eat first. There were 4 in our party. All of our fries were cold and one of our orders had reg fries instead of sweet potato fries as ordered. We had 2 beers, a lemonade and 4 waters. Fun newer spot in town to provide adult games. Geared towards adults kind of like Dave and Busters in a way as far as target audience. But with bowling, billiards, darts and shuffleboard. I have not been to Dave and Busters so will not do a direct comparison. I was told is more of an arcade atmosphere. Here was an organized set up where you chose to play bowling, or pool. Pool was $5.00 per hour. Darts and shuffleboard was free, I believe . For a new business, the pool table surface looked very worn. I believe that most people were not considering others or respecting others property. There were drink and food stains on the table surface, not the fault of the establishment, just the poorly raised patrons. We did not try the food, so that will be a future update. The staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. We came to play pool and have a couple of cocktails which was a good experience, except for what was noted above. I only stopped in to meet a friend for drinks so I can't say I got the full experience at this place but I'd definitely go back. 810 is located in what used to be the Piggly Wiggly in Market Commons. The place is huge so there's kind of three sections. One is bowling, one is billiards, and the other is an arcade. There's bars all over and there's also a stage where they had a live band playing. I think what differentiates them from your standard arcade/bar/bowling alley is that you don't feel like you need to be there for the games. I enjoyed the bar just for being a bar itself. The staff was great and the drinks weren't overpriced wither. I look forward to coming back for more. read more
