This might be the worst drink I've had from a food court mall. I waited 15 minutes to just place the order. After you order, there's another 20 minute wait. We ordered the strawberry smoothie and kiwi smoothie. It doesn't taste like any fruit was used. It's not fresh fruit maybe some frozen liquid as base. The kiwi smoothie has no colour just brown. There is no fruit taste at all just a bunch of ice and water. The strawberry smoothie was equally bad. Each drink costed $ 9 dollars. Very poor quality drink for price paid. We had their House Special. We could not taste the coconut milk in the drink because it was extremely sweet. It tasted like sugar syrup with homo milk and mixed with mango, sago and pomelo. There was not much pomelo in the drink (only bits of pomelo), and they did not blend the drink well (there was a big portion of sago at the bottom of the drink that had no mango/liquid; just clear sago). For $10 a cup, the drink should be substantial with genuine ingredients. Since they neglected the coconut milk, that means they lied to customers because the drink was not authentic. Moreover, the servers left the drinks on the counter for awhile before calling customers to pick them up. They should call the customers right away after the drinks were made because there were a lot of people waiting (and people kept asking the servers about the drinks). Also, the servers themselves might mix up the orders if they just left them on the counter. So the wait was very long. P.S. Our go to is the #1 House Special which has pomelo, mango chunks (though they put a lot less now), coconut, sago. Its like a dessert in a drink. A large size goes for $9.85 after tax now though... yikes! It used to taste better so I think they changed their recipe a bit (less coconut and mango flavor) but it's still good. They start with mango and coconut juice, then add fresh chunks of Ataulfo mangos, bits of real pomelo, and mini tapioca bubbles. It is so perfectly balanced that it can be enjoyed both as a cold or warm beverage. The satiny smooth tropical nectar of mango with coconut, combined with silky sweet mango chunks devoid of fibers typically found in other mango varieties, a gentle kiss of tartness from freshly picked pomelo bits, and rounded out by the velvety smooth tapioca that all slide effortlessly through the straw with each sip requiring minimal chew, nothing else even comes close. Since drinks are made fresh to order including the slicing/dicing of fruit, the wait time will be significantly longer than your neighborhood smoothie joint.
