After the last couple times of raw hamburgers, I was hesitant but that's what they wanted! When I received the delivery order just about the whole order was missing! It included 4 dbl chs. burger, a Big Mac meal, 2 nugget kids meals, a hamburger kids meal & a shake! How can you miss that many items! There were 2 bags! One bag had 2 kids meals & the smaller bag had the drinks for the kids meals. The kids & I seen the driver walking away! He said to me he couldn't take a picture bc he was having an issue with his cell. Now idk if he took the food or it wasn't sent! I called McDonalds they said nothing they could do & i was told I had to call door dash bc it was delivery! I called & asked them to please bring all the rest of order! I was told they couldn't & only would do a refund of missing items. Then I would have to place another order! I asked what about the delivery fees bc if I place another order I'll be charged again! I was told nothing they could do about the fees! Today, I see an email saying they refunded the Big Mac meal but nothing else! I called & was told that was the only thing they would refund bc I had called about a raw item before so they will not honor the rest of the request! This is absolutely insane! Now I paid for food I didn't get! Not only that but if you look at the prices on food if you pick it up or go in person it is a lower price than if delivered! Then besides them charging higher prices on each food item, you aren't allowed to get the offers like the dbl chsbrgr buy one get one for $1. Also get charged delivery fees & service fees! Why would food prices on each food item be higher than if you pick it up if they are charging service & delivery fees? this is fraud to not return my money & not give me what I ordered! The guy today said well we will put your feedback of the issues but that's all he can do! He wouldn't even give me another supervisor or higher up or number to contact about this! Here's a picture of the raw food previously complained about! And this delivery order was $60 & they refunded $12 that's it! I do have the receipt saved!

I assume by their interaction they were family, mother and son maybe even sister and brother. Great menu. Not overwhelming with something for everyone, whether it's your first time eating Caribbean or your straight from the islands. We got beef patties, curry chicken, and jerk chicken. The food was fantastic. Jerk chicken had a little spice but was not overpowering. Everything was very fresh and flavorful. The curry and jerk chicken meals had to weigh about 3lbs each. Curry chicken came with white rice and cabbage. I chose rice and beans with the jerk chicken, which also came with cabbage. There was plenty of curry seasoning to flavor the white rice. This is going to be another regular stop. The only negative is that they are cash only, but they do most of the major delivery services.

If you were offended by plastic cutlery, you may just have had other issues. That's done, and this is now. My wife and I decided to try Rochester Smokehouse tonight for a change of pace. We checked the menu and noticed the prices first...a little pricey, we thought, but stick with me here...there's a reason. I ordered the Honky Tonk Platter...1/2 lb. pulled pork and two pieces of chicken with mashed potatoes and baked beans as sides. My wife got 3 (gargantuan) wings with cole slaw and mac & cheese for sides. As well as everything being perfectly cooked and delicious, the portions were huge. The pricing started to make perfect sense since each meal was enough for two people. The meats were tender and tasty and the sides were comfort food standards, some with fresh embellishments like the slightly spicy, sweet and sour cole slaw and baked beans with a kick of onion and mild spices. As another reviewer mentioned, it is all subjective...but the level of spice here is light to moderate. If this bothers you, you may wish to rethink why you're eating barbecue in the first place. Five stars, and looking forward to having the rest for dinner tomorrow.
