You know I really don't post negative comments but I am so livid! Saturday I was watching the 3 kids & they wanted McDonald's ! After the last couple times of raw hamburgers, I was hesitant but that's what they wanted! When I received the delivery order just about the whole order was missing! It included 4 dbl chs. burger, a Big Mac meal, 2 nugget kids meals, a hamburger kids meal & a shake! How can you miss that many items! There were 2 bags! One bag had 2 kids meals & the smaller bag had the drinks for the kids meals. The kids & I seen the driver walking away! He said to me he couldn't take a picture bc he was having an issue with his cell. Now idk if he took the food or it wasn't sent! I called McDonalds they said nothing they could do & i was told I had to call door dash bc it was delivery! I called & asked them to please bring all the rest of order! I was told they couldn't & only would do a refund of missing items. Then I would have to place another order! I asked what about the delivery fees bc if I place another order I'll be charged again! I was told nothing they could do about the fees! Today, I see an email saying they refunded the Big Mac meal but nothing else! I called & was told that was the only thing they would refund bc I had called about a raw item before so they will not honor the rest of the request! This is absolutely insane! Now I paid for food I didn't get! Not only that but if you look at the prices on food if you pick it up or go in person it is a lower price than if delivered! Then besides them charging higher prices on each food item, you aren't allowed to get the offers like the dbl chsbrgr buy one get one for $1. Also get charged delivery fees & service fees! Why would food prices on each food item be higher than if you pick it up if they are charging service & delivery fees? this is fraud to not return my money & not give me what I ordered! The guy today said well we will put your feedback of the issues but that's all he can do! He wouldn't even give me another supervisor or higher up or number to contact about this! Here's a picture of the raw food previously complained about! And this delivery order was $60 & they refunded $12 that's it! I do have the receipt saved! read more

McDonald's - Burgers Near Me - Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania

Me and two of my friends were on break, and we wanted some food, we had walk down from where we work to grab some food and eat. At first there was not many people at all and we order to go, first thing first they told more then 30 mins to get are food ready and it not like we ordered the whole menu we all got a few thing, second of all me and one of the Two other people that were with me have got our food and we was waiting on the three person to get their food as we waited we sat down for a few seconds to wait and we got yelled at for sitting down since" order to go we have to take it to go" so I had explain her what was going and once she said very rudely that we did not need to me here and then i asked her not to speak to us like that since she was older and we were younger and did nothing to her, everyone else was also very rude they were very slow and did not do thing fast at all VERY VERY BAD read more

McDonald's in general has out priced itself. I can get the equivalent food at almost half the cost at most other fast food places. This Beaver Falls location must really be hard-up. The deceitful up-selling on already inflated prices is disgraceful. Trying to conduct business in a full-blown remodeling project is ridiculous! Hard to believe they are able to maintain their already sketchy health standards in this mess. I won't be visiting Mickey D's anytime soon if I can help it. read more

i went to by food and they said only two student in there at a time when there were five already in there? but yea I want them shut down and the ugly black lady was rude and they good always cold read more

Update: this place has gone downhill so bad it's not even funny. I keep telling myself I'm never going back but tonight I gave it a try for the simplest order in the world, a cheeseburger with no pickles...I got a burger patty covered in pepper, the bun was 2 bottoms, there was no cheese, and there was a pile of onions in the middle with a tiny drop of ketchup. That's seriously not okay. The might have been able to get a simple cheeseburger right if they wouldn't have been standing in the drive through window arguing about who's job is who's and what they do not want to do at work because it wasn't their job. Typical McDonald's, nothing special. If you go at breakfast time be prepared to wait no matter if you go in or go through the drive through it really doesn't matter it'll be at least 15-20 minutes. The crew at this location is extremely slow and a lot of the employees are very rude. Also make sure you check your order because 9 times out of 10 it'll be wrong and they get extremely annoyed if they have to fix it. read more

This McDonald's is TERRIBLE!!! If I could give zero stars then I would. The whole reason I ordered this time was bc I wanted a frappe. what is the only thing they don't give me? the frappe. They even gave me 2 straws but only one of our drinks. For me To even get the damn thing I had to order a meal I didn't even want bc you guys don't have the frappe listed on the McCafe menu on the Doordash app. This is the WORST McDonald's location I've ever used. the only consistency at this place is that they consistently screw up orders. Yesterday was the first order of the last 3-4 orders we got from here that finally included napkins. My advice is if you can go to ANY other location besides 7th Avenue do that and you'll get better service and better food. They should have took that money they dumped into making the store look pretty and used it to train the employees to double check orders, ESPECIALLY doordash/app orders that can't be checked by the delivery drivers since all bags are taped closed to avoid tampering. read more

One of the McDonalds that I'm not really pleased of going to anymore....especially their drive through service....seem I end up with cold food...I paid good money to be able to eat there & turn around to sink my teeth into cold food! I finally said No & I stopped going there! read more

I've tried to get a decent coffee there three times. Each time has been terrible. I ordered breakfast burritos, they handed it to me ice cold. Absolutely no one gives a shit there. read more

Was just at the McDonald's on 7th Ave Beaver Falls. Ordered 2 Sausage egg McMuffins, got 2 ham and cheese McMuffins. They can't seem to tell the difference in their meat products. This has happened too many times to bother going back again. My cat and dog enjoyed the ham. I will stop at the McDonalds in Chippewa next time. read more

Every time we go they mess something up or it takes forever to go through the drive thru, got a coffee tonight and if was warm not hot and tasted like it was made at least an hour before. Done going there I would rather go to sheetz to get a coffee. read more

I stop at this location a lot but I'm done. I stopped here tonight after a night out shooting darts which happens maybe twice a week. Worst experience ever. I order a quarter pounder meal with 10 chicken tenders and they forgot to put the chicken tenders in the bag. I get home which is about a ten minute drive and go to enjoy my food and find out that the tenders aren't there. I decide to go back to get them because I've been screwed over at this location a few times before. I get back there and tell them and yes they remember me. How do they make it up to me? They give me the chicken tenders they forgot and that's it. Really? That's it. So now by the time I get back to my place the rest of my food is cold and my soda is all watered down. I work in the restaurant industry and this was by far the worst customer service ever. I didn't even get an apology. You should be ashamed. I will never go here again. Thanks for giving me what I paid for on the second visit in one night. read more

I usually enjoy their food. But my problem is that they often screw up my order. I order a plain sandwich and it comes loaded with gunk. They don't give the requested dipping sauces. They short me hashbrowns fairly often. I get charged different prices for the same food. Will post photos later of receipts as proof. The ones in Cranberry area are way better. read more

Recently had horrible customer experience with a manager. I had specifically asked for a quarter pounder without cheese. (I can not eat cheese) I got the food and looked in the box before driving away, I saw cheese and waved at the window to try and get an employees attention. I had got one and proceeded to tell them that I had asked for no cheese, they tell me that was not on their screen. So I showed them my receipt and they kept saying it was not on my screen. I had asked for a manager and the male manager came over. I told him my issue and he told me that there was nothing he could do about it. I showed him my receipt to try and physically show him so he can see. He then got angry with me for keeping on asking for a new sandwich, I was even willing to pay. At last he raised his voice and yelled saying you are holding up my drive through. So I left disappointed, and here I am. read more
