I have been going to this store longer than the employees have been employed there. The two gentlemen that are working right now the black guy the Mexican guy (that people seem to have a problem in the reviews being rude because that's what he was to me today) the same two employees reintroduced me to the points program which I have a KickBack card from when it all began, it's a Rocket card now. For the first time ever I went in and spoke to these men about the points for Pabst Blue Ribbon which was offering 300 points as advertised. I noticed the night prior that I didn't have the 300 points so I addressed it today. I never brought up points ever except for today when I noticed I didn't get the 300 points. Instead of noticing an error like I did later, I was told by the Mexican guy all rocket stores don't honor points so in turn I asked then why is it advertised that you do, he threw his arms up in the air told me I need to talk to the manager and walked off. These guys looked at me and treated me like I killed their best friend for simply asking a question about some points for the first time. I have a good rapport with the manager and the young lady that helped me last night, even she thought I was going to get the 300 points. I had a good rapport with the Mexican guy in the Black guy as well until today. When I asked about the points and how they talk to me about it and treat me was ridiculous. Because of their actions today I don't want to involve myself in the points program because the way these Boys treat me. if you're going to ask a question and be scrutinized like that instead of coming up with a better solution and coming up with your own reason as to why you don't get the points instead of taking the time as I did, noticing that the dates were wrong which means that advertisement should have been removed April 28th of 2025. Although the advertisement is more than a month old he said it was the manager's responsible ability to remove it, it is still considered false advertisement. I worked at the 76 gas station in Roseville years ago I have never seen employees put so much off on the management. Employees do not need management permission to remove something that's dated over a month ago, that's just like saying you need management permission to restock the shelves and the coolers . If employees don't have the competency level to answer a question adequately without coming up with their own reason, they should not be working there. What happened today needed nothing less than pure common sense which the two boys were lacking. The whole reason for this review is I enjoyed myself going to the store speaking with those boys and the two young women who work there. All's I did was ask about points for the first time in over 7 years and was disregarded in an unprofessional manner by these boys. The customer is not always right, but there is a professional way of handling a situation other than the way they did with me today. Treat me with the same respect that I extend to you. read more

The employee especially the mid late 30 Mexican bearded wavy hair cashier is very disrespectful. I was in the today 04/08/2025 @ approximately 6:30pm to get gas. I normally don't use cash but this time I did. I went in and asked for $40 on pump 2, the African American cashier told me he can't take my $100 bill because he has no change to give back and his manager doesn't like it when they have a bunch of $20 dollar bills in their till. I stated to the African American bald cashier, "so you are refusing to take my money, service and give me gas." Also, I stated "this is bad customer service." Behind him was the mid late 30 Mexican bearded wavy hair cashier started to giggle like it was funny. I stated to the Mexican guy, "you think this is funny?" He replied back, "you're crying over $50 of gas, go cry to Yo momma." So I asked the Mexican guy for his name and he stated back to me, "my name is Yo Momma." I told him I will file a complaint. He replied back, "go file a complaint with yo momma." Ask I left the store, he jumped on the intercom and called me a cry baby and go cry to yo momma." He also made some derogatory statement towards me in Spanish so the rest of the customers at the pump station could hear what he was saying to me. I stopoed for gas thismorning at 4 am, Pa id $40. - was not offered a receipt and didn't ask, was charged $123.00. my bank called it suspicious activity and called me. ALWaYS GET A RECEIPT ! That stops the transaction and they cant add on to it NOT COOL read more

This used to be my "go to" filling station for several years while driving back and forth to work. Now that I'm retired, it's not as convenient as it used to be. While the prices are lower than many nearby stations, patronizing here actually gives me a feeling of dread. Trying to out weigh the pros and cons of this place, more often than not, makes me go to the Chevron down the street which is more expensive, but less stressful. My number one dislike are the pumps themselves! It's very difficult to read the faded small strip of scrolling notifications at the top of the pump. If the sun is shining in it's direction, then forget it! I always end up having to stand up high enough on the cement base to place my hand over the readings, bring my eyes up close enough, and hope I'm getting a good interpretation of what it is saying. Sometimes I can't see what it is saying after using my charge card, so I inadvertently press a wrong key. Then I have to go inside to straighten my mistake out! Another drawback, is that they are almost always busy, so waiting and hoping for a pump can get unorganized for some of us who have to deal with discourteous customers who try to sneak in before you! Then sometimes pumps are out of order, making it even harder for one to wait ones turn. And to top it off, the corner this station is located on, can get so busy, that exiting, can be time consuming and unsafe. My last irritation is, that even after using my Union 76 charge card, it will tell me that I must see the cashier for further service. My whole reason for getting a 76 card was for convenience of not having to go inside the building. While the employees are always friendly and helpful, it's just not enough for me to keep coming back on a regular basis like I used to! read more

This 76 station offers plenty of food and beverages. The station is kept clean, including the bathrooms. I love their hot dogs and sandwiches. The customer service is excellent at this location. Prices are fair in today's economy. Best service ever! Highly recommended! read more

They need to train their employees not to argue back with customers. yes, ARGUE. I go to get cigarettes there and this middle aged black lady tried correcting me on what cigarettes they are. Light blue American spirits. She claimed to me that this other blue colored one was the light blue. I toldnher okay well this one I've always called light blue for many years. Because there is a darker blue one. So to not get them confused. She told me I was wrong and she's been working in customer service for 50 years. Wow!!! 50 whole years. I told her it's not light blue as I was walking out and she started to yell at me that it is so I laughed while I walked out. Poor lady. read more

I definitely need to take a moment to recognize James for Always going above and beyon. This store is not in the greatest neighborhood but no matter what time it is I know I'm safe & protecting when James is working .He really looks out for his customers & you can always count on him to welcome you with a big smile no matter what time it is in the morning. we have a 76 gas station near us but me & my husband choose this location because of his wonderful customer service. He is always has a positive attitude!! even when he has to deal with outrageous customers. He's always sharing great news about how's the store doing & how great his boss is to him. You know you have a great & loyal employee when they can openly share how wonderful it is to work for a great leader & company. it shows in everything he does He definitely deserves employee of year for amazing customer service & for going above and beyon. I hope this reaches his higher up leadership team & they have a moment to recognize an amazing employee they have working for them. If I could give no stars I would. The big, fat black lady working the register in the morning needs to go. I sent my husband to pay for my gas with my card and before checking for ID, she charged my card and then made a big deal about my ID and when I went up there to show her my ID she tried lecturing me like I am not a whole ass grown woman and was very disrespectful. If an ID was needed, she should've said so and asked to see it BEFORE charging me. My husband signed for me because again, that's my husband, therefore, the card is OURS. Because of that, she was yelling at me and rudely gave me the receipt to cross out his signature and put mine. With the disrespect she gave me, shes lucky I chose not to make a scene the way she did. I have been coming here frequently for over a decade, and the service has mostly been subpar with the exception of SOME of the women who work there whom are friendly and do their job. However, there is one particular Black guy with dreads that takes the 1st place trophy for douchbagery. He ALWAYS has an attitude problem and is always very rude despite how friendly and polite I try to be toward him when I have to go inside the store. I wish they'd FIRE HIS ASS, and start monitoring how their employees treat their loyal customers!! And why do cash customers get better prices than those who pay with debit/credit cards?? read more

I went to get propane she was laughing with the other coworkers abd said she was out of propane then i noticed they do exchanges and asked about swapping tanks and she said there out of everything , she just didnt want to go outside and help me. If it was possible to give negative starts I would. I visited this location to put gas. C.C machine was down again so I went inside. I was in a hurry so I forgot to look at the pump number. I pointed to the cashier my vehicle. She rudely relied " Sir you have to know your pump number if want to pump gas here again."I told her if the CC machine wasn't down down I wouldn't have to come in. As I was walking out she started to talking about me to her co-worker, so yelled out "Rude" to her. She proceeded to shut off my pump. I went inside to find out. She gave me money back and told me that she refused to service to me and I can go somewhere else to get gas. I got upset and told her that she had no customer service skills and was very rude. She said something about my mom. As I was walking out 2 other gentleman were getting in there vehicles. they asked me what's going on. I explained my interaction with the cashier to them and they stated that she was rude to them as well. One because he put the restroom on the wrong side of the counter. I have gone there before and I wasn't treated this way and CC machine was working but last few times it wasn't. It was a mistake for me to go there and will never go in there again. This gas station on the corner of Mack rd. and Valley Hi would be a station I like to stop by once in a while due to it's unique choice of music. When none of the donks driven by these deaf souls are "turnt" up, you could hear classical music play while you fill up your tank. The workers here are nice and the station is usually clean. read more

Good place gas is cheap and they dont charge extra for credit which is a plus for me.
