    The 2 ladies were smoking and saw me pull up and told me they were closed. It wasn't what they had to say but how they said it that was super rude. 9/16 12:22am Will never come back here.

    Honestly the gas is pricey though I happened to go for a car wash at five in the morning going on six and I paid and well the car wash malfunctioned and the cashier wasn't able to refund me so he put in for another wash the code was invalid so I had to wait awhile and eventually the manager showed up and gave me the best wash available for my time length of waiting. I have never been treated with so much courtesy in a business and it surprised me which made the start of my morning go a little better. Thank You and will return again since car wash prices are decent and affordable! Also honestly quick quack is more expensive for crappy washes in my opinion. Rewards program is also available which can help you save a little

    One of you cashiers is giving away products at employee discount prices to anyone she sees fit to. Prolly costing you 100s of dollars maybe even 1000s a year just letting you know.

This time I decided to also include a car wash, since my vehicle was covered in dust from a long dry summer. I received my secret PIN number printed on my gas receipt, and headed to the car wash drive through. I have used this service before, and wasn't expecting any additional frills, but the standard wash and dry. But to my pleasant surprise, this Chevron had an employee on standby ready to help me if I had questions or needed further instructions on how to use the wash station. I was able to figure out how to use the kiosk with little help, but it was nice to have someone there just in case. I hadn't used the car wash kiosk in quite sometime and it did have a lot of upgrades on it that I was worried I would press a wrong button or something! LOL! Anyway, the best part of this experience was that the young woman was very nice and helpful. She guided me into the stall correctly and then after the washing process, she guided me out, followed by some additional hand drying and making sure anything still stuck on my car was gently removed by hand. She even offered to vacuum the interior, but it wasn't necessary for me at the time. I was very satisfied with my experience. I was a little nervous about using this car wash when I realized at the last minute, that it doesn't have a brushless washing system. But my brand new vehicle emerged unscathed from any noticeable scratches. I feel comfortable enough to use their services again.

    I definitely need to take a moment to recognize James for Always going above and beyon. This store…read moreis not in the greatest neighborhood but no matter what time it is I know I'm safe & protecting when James is working .He really looks out for his customers & you can always count on him to welcome you with a big smile no matter what time it is in the morning. we have a 76 gas station near us but me & my husband choose this location because of his wonderful customer service. He is always has a positive attitude!! even when he has to deal with outrageous customers. He's always sharing great news about how's the store doing & how great his boss is to him. You know you have a great & loyal employee when they can openly share how wonderful it is to work for a great leader & company. it shows in everything he does He definitely deserves employee of year for amazing customer service & for going above and beyon. I hope this reaches his higher up leadership team & they have a moment to recognize an amazing employee they have working for them.     I have been going to this store longer than the employees have been employed there. The two…read moregentlemen that are working right now the black guy the Mexican guy (that people seem to have a problem in the reviews being rude because that's what he was to me today) the same two employees reintroduced me to the points program which I have a KickBack card from when it all began, it's a Rocket card now. For the first time ever I went in and spoke to these men about the points for Pabst Blue Ribbon which was offering 300 points as advertised. I noticed the night prior that I didn't have the 300 points so I addressed it today. I never brought up points ever except for today when I noticed I didn't get the 300 points. Instead of noticing an error like I did later, I was told by the Mexican guy all rocket stores don't honor points so in turn I asked then why is it advertised that you do, he threw his arms up in the air told me I need to talk to the manager and walked off. These guys looked at me and treated me like I killed their best friend for simply asking a question about some points for the first time. I have a good rapport with the manager and the young lady that helped me last night, even she thought I was going to get the 300 points. I had a good rapport with the Mexican guy in the Black guy as well until today. When I asked about the points and how they talk to me about it and treat me was ridiculous. Because of their actions today I don't want to involve myself in the points program because the way these Boys treat me. if you're going to ask a question and be scrutinized like that instead of coming up with a better solution and coming up with your own reason as to why you don't get the points instead of taking the time as I did, noticing that the dates were wrong which means that advertisement should have been removed April 28th of 2025. Although the advertisement is more than a month old he said it was the manager's responsible ability to remove it, it is still considered false advertisement. I worked at the 76 gas station in Roseville years ago I have never seen employees put so much off on the management. Employees do not need management permission to remove something that's dated over a month ago, that's just like saying you need management permission to restock the shelves and the coolers . If employees don't have the competency level to answer a question adequately without coming up with their own reason, they should not be working there. What happened today needed nothing less than pure common sense which the two boys were lacking. The whole reason for this review is I enjoyed myself going to the store speaking with those boys and the two young women who work there. All's I did was ask about points for the first time in over 7 years and was disregarded in an unprofessional manner by these boys. The customer is not always right, but there is a professional way of handling a situation other than the way they did with me today. Treat me with the same respect that I extend to you.

Nothing like getting beautiful smiles and service early early in the morning! I didn't get a chance to get their names but I will next time when I go in! Even with all the craziness going around with Covid-19, these ladies make sure customers leave happy! And I'm sure they mean a lot to the regulars that come in there during the mornings! I know one thing for sure, I will become their regular! One of the ladies who was a little bit older, asked me if the store smelled clean? As she was mopping and sanitizing everything. The store itself is very clean and immaculate. This Arco just recently went under a remodel about a year ago and it looks wonderful! Especially with the craziness going around right now, they do their upmost best to keep the store and gas island clean. I once ran a 711 for three years in the mornings so I know first hand what it's like work in the convenience store industry, seeing these kind workers there took me back to my 711 days. Their kindness and smiles make you feel welcome, comfortable and the results of that make you become a regular! It's Arco so gas prices are ALWAYS good! Also another plus for me, this Arco is right by my house!
