My eyes felt dry within minutes. I should have bought two bottles instead of one. Southern California is ridiculously dry, windy, and dusty. Even close to the ocean, SoCal is too dry. This is the wet winter season in Northern California, and it never gets so dry near the ocean in the summer in NorCal because of the thick cloud cover from the marine layer.
