Unexpectedly awesome!!!!!…read more Oh My Goodness! This is hands down the best gas station experiences I've ever had. The restroom was spotless, well-maintained, and had working AC. YES, an actual cool air in a gas station bathroom! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. You don't expect service like this at a gas station, but they've set the bar. If you're driving by, stop and support them. Places like this deserve it!

I didn't see them cooking anything, but it sure did smell like someone had left food underneath all of those receipts. I would say something like funkilicious, or craptastic, but you can't spice up a place like this. In a word, (or few)............."man, this place is a sh#t hole!"

This Costco Gas Station is about 4 miles (around 15 minutes, depending on traffic) from the Rental Car Center near SeaTac Airport. The prices are lower than the other Costco Gas Station in the Industrial District of Seattle. I drove right up to a pump on a Tuesday afternoon... easy! There was hardly any traffic, too! Maybe it was a non-busy time?

After two fillips using Costco premium gas for my BMW my check engine light came on... I stopped using Costco gas and my check engine light has never come back on since.. So disappointed Costco gas was so cheap, now I know why.. If you care about your vehicle don't use Costco gas. I'll miss the car wash. Wish they would just service good gas.

I got to give it up to Gary over here at Ernie's Federal truck stop. I was in the Tacoma area,…read moretrying to find a place to park and for the very first time in my life, I struck out three times in a row. I noticed this place on my GPS map, and called. A gentleman named Gary answered the phone, and told me there was one spot left that I could park at. I was only 2.3 miles away so I booked it on over. I got parked, went in and paid my fee. This guy was so jovial, well mannered, and accommodating, if there was more Gary's in the world, it would be so much better. Not just for the way he accommodated me, but some woman came in and asked to use the restroom. He told her "well the restroom are only for customers, but I guess I can give you a key, but if you pee on the floor, it will be the last time!" It was nice for him to be able to joke with a total stranger, and for her to be receptive to it and laugh at it. His customer service skills are spot on. The place is under construction, so their hours are only 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. around 5:00 I went back in there to ask if I could purchase a shower, and good ole Gary pulled through again! He walks around happy, whistling, and just a great attitude. It's not the best part of town, but the amenities are perfect, and for what it was, it was also absolutely perfect. I'll keep this place in mind next time I'm in that area, but if you ever end up in that area, stop in and at least say hi! Thank you guys for everything you did for me that night!!!!

They have an air machine if you need to add air to your tires. Inside the convenience store is surprisingly well stocked, and the prices there were comparable with larger gas stations. I was kind of expecting Bodega style pricing as there aren't a ton of convenience stores in the area, but they don't take advantage of you here which is commendable. The only downside was that the employees seemed utterly disengaged from their jobs. I went here on successive days as I was staying at the hotel across the street, and every time I went in there were two employees on duty, and neither of them barely looked up from their phones to take my money.
