The car wash here is my favorite in the area. They don't charge an arm and a leg for a basic wash and that in turn interests me in giving a bigger tip to the attendant. The guy working the register who didn't greet me or say anything to me printed my tickets and when he went to hand them to me he said "you have to buy something else-not just lotto tickets". I was like um what? And he then proceeds to tell me that they don't just sell lotto tickets by themselves, that their customers have to purchase something else along with the lotto tickets when they pay with a debit card. I buy lotto tickets just about every day and I have never had any store tell me I have to buy something else in order to purchase lotto tickets. I get notifications when the prescription refill is in process and then again when it's time to pick it up. Aside from the pharmacy I have also worked with this location to ship FedEx packages and purchase small Pharmacy convenience items. Everything is well stocked in merchandise and the store is extremely clean. Highly recommend this if you live in Maple Valley.

I asked for the name of the manager and her name and said I'd be contacting James because their customer service was horrible. Lady legit yelled at me as I was walking out the door. All of a sudden she was "going to help me" I said no you aren't you got called out in front of customers who also heard the Interaction and walked out behind me. I drove over to Safeway and guess what. Same toying was on sale for $6.99 there.
