Hear me when I say this! ALL 5 OF MY STARS ARE FOR THE CASHIER that was working today, Friday, September 12th at around 1:30pm. ALL OF THEM. I don't care how clean/unclean the bathroom is, I don't care about the price of the gas, I don't care about the car wash... that one Cashier deserves ALL the recognition...and a raise , because whatever he makes y'all ain't paying my guy enough! (Unless he's the owner!) I'm gonna start by saying that we are going through some very heavy times in this country and it seems like EVERY DAY "HATE" is getting a firmer and firmer GRIP on who we are and how we treat each other. I feel like I CARRY the weight of that around with me throughout my day and I don't like it all. SO! when I walked into this particular 76 Station, on this particular day and time, the LOVE and POSITIVITY that was EXUDING from this Man was LITERALLY like a breath of fresh air! He exuberantly greeted every customer, chatted them up like they were his buddies from ...I don't know...the bar? The gym? Around the corner? Lol. My point is that he was super friendly and in GREAT spirits. And you know what? That shit was CONTAGIOUS! EVERY PERSON that came in contact with him (while I was in there) ended up smiling and laughing with him!! People of all different ethnicities. It was quite beautiful. You could tell he loved his job, but moreso, he loved HUMAN BEINGS! Whoever you are Sir, SHOUT OUT to you for putting love and positivity into the funky ass air that is America right now! WE NEED IT!! read more

Needed last minute gas before I hit I-5. This was on the way, the most convenient. Easy to use pumps, pay at pump, more expensive gas than I pay but again needed gas. read more

76 - Gas Stations Near Me - Elk Grove, California

Union 76 in Laguna West next to I-5 is one of the more convenient gas stations on Laguna Blvd, just right before the freeway entrance. The price is comparable to the gas stations in the area. Cash and credit are the same prices. Reasonable distance between gas pumps and not too crowded most of the time. The convenience store in this Union 76 is well organized, and many parking available in front of the store. They have a touchless car wash, air station, and propane tank refill service on-site. This gas station has almost everything you expect in the gas station. The lady who does the propane tanks refill is amiable and takes care of the refill promptly. The propane price is reasonable compared to any retail locations, with a minimum of $13 for refills. So make sure you bring an empty tank or two almost empty tanks there. read more

Don't bother trying to get propane refilled here. Each time it's some excuse such as the weather is too hot or too cold outside, expired propane tank or the most common excuse that the worker is on break and not sure when they will return. Better and quicker to drive to the Bel Air down the road for the exchange. read more

BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THE BATHROOM HERE!! I went in this morning around 6:25am the building only had 3 other people inside, all male and when I was finishing using the bathroom I go to open the stall and I realize the bathroom door is closing and no one had entered nor exited. I quickly washed my hands so I could leave especially now that I was uncomfortable and while walking out there are still only the same three men by the cash register two of which work there. So why are men opening the bathroom door while I'm trying to use it? By the time I got back next door it was only barely 635. There was not enough time passed to assume I was using drugs in the stall or abusing the bathroom in anyway. read more

Laguna 76 is conveniently located right off the freeway. They are open 24 hour a day. This is my favorite place to get my morning coffee. They are like a small grocery store. They offer everything from hot food such as hot dogs to prepackaged sandwiches. As for drinks your choices are limitless. My favorite is their 44oz fountain drinks . If you need a car wash, their touch less wash is the best. Gas prices are competitive. The employees are always friendly. They don't even charge to use their air pump! I give them a thumps-up! read more

Watch your receipt here. The cashier overcharged my son. Thankfully he took a look at the receipt and seen he charged him for a $5 lottery ticket. When he asked him why he overcharged him, the clerck quickly handed him a $5 bill. Never said anything to my son. WTH! How many other people has he done this to that didn't notice. read more

Great service! The gas is pricy and the location sketch but the service is good. Air & water

I am reviewing this 76 station because I work at Apple and I can walk here to buy cigarettes when I need them. (Or want them. Humbug to you) I could do that with anywhere, right? Well, yeah. I like the people that work here. They always say 'hi' when you walk in. They usually have little sales on stuff and they have a good variety of junk food and instant soups for the days I need them. Again, I could get junk food anywhere, but if the people here weren't nice, I might walk across the street to the Shell station. read more

This place is always awful with terrible customer service. But today they were downright fraudulent. Sold me a car wash, car wash broken, refused to give me a refund. Wanted me to wait until they fixed it as if I have all the time in the world. After waiting 7 mins watching them try to figure it out to no avail, I Had to fight with the owner/manager about getting a refund. read more

Every time I go to this gas station for snacks the male employees there are rude for no reason 0 customer service and always playing super loud music and checking out every girl the walks in/out. Makes me feel very uncomfortable. Zero professionalism! read more

This gas station is my loyal steed. Okay, in actuality I have to give a 5 star rating for the two 1 star ratings I gave to Shell in South Sacramento / Stockton Blvd today that refused to give me gas when I needed it. This place even had much cheaper prices than the Shell stations with similar quality. The pumps are well maintained and customer service was nice one day to change my 20 for smaller bills. read more

I always stop at this 76 station before going back on the freeway. Yes, it is definitely more expensive than the other stations in town. I could save money if I remembered to buy when I'm at my relatives home cause there are gas stations closer to them. Unfortunately for me, I only remember when I'm about to enter the freeway for the drive home. I do like this gas station though. It's clean and the workers have always been cool. They keep the water and soap filled for cleaning my windows. They are conveniently located right off the Interstate for easy access. read more

***Review is specifically for propane refill*** Propane refill service is available. As of 9/18/2016, the cost is $2.99 per gallon. The service was as expected. Be aware that you may need to wait when there's one staff on the floor. Based on past experiences, you will be helped within 5 minutes. and as always, *Review will be updated based on future experiences. read more

Standard gas station. They carry propane and the experience of a refill is the focus of my review. Attendant comes out. Does not speak one word. Really! No hello, no response even when asked questions. Found that extremely odd. She did nod her head, so that counts (?) as an answer. The attendant simply did her job without a peep! Heck, I didn't realize she was helping someone else until the customer spoke. He got the same kind of answers: silence. It was amusing and definitely made my day a little interesting until our BBQ started. As far as the gas station us concerned, it's a gas station and convenience store. Fill up, grab some sodas and chips, be on your way. The price per gallon doesn't apply here. Everyone with a vehicle needs gasoline, so we will pay regardless. One thing to add: this station is always tidy. read more

This is probably the worst gas station ever I went in to put 100 bucks in gas and after I was done filling my car up I went back in and got the change I told the old lady she has black and white hair that I needed my change she was very I mean very rude to me she was very cranky for no reason and was telling me off for no reason she shouldn't be working here if she just a old cranky lady I won't be coming back here save your money and go somewhere else! read more

I stop in this gas station 3 or 4 times a week to get gas or snacks. They are usually pretty friendly and welcoming this morning when I stopped by for my coffee and daily snacks before I got on the road I put all my stuff up on counter cashier Named Porsche who didn't greet me or acknowledge I was even at the counter finally decided to ring me up as i was getting my debit card out to pay i didn't know what the total was and it was not showing up on the register so I asked her what the total was and she decided to get a attitude so thinking to myself it's too early and way too many options for gas stations around here told her I was not going to buy my items because she was rude also asked to speak to her manager and she told me good luck finding him. I did speak to him told him what happened and promised him and myself I would not shop there anymore. Maybe they won't feel the effect of my business loss but I tell you what I'm hoping shell across the street feels the effect of my business gain. It sucks I had to start my morning in this epic corona virus era upset. read more

This gas station needs to replace their nozzles. I have attempted to fill up two vehicles (one brand new 2017 Toyota SUV with 12 miles on it) and the pumps stop before the vehicles are completely full. My Infinite only filled at half a tank before I gave up. I don't have time to figure out the perfect way to squeeze a handle to get a full tank! My SUV had a quarter tank left to go before it stopped. How much money has your gas station lost out on because of simple maintenance neglect? read more

Hopefully the owner will see this !! It's June 27 at 630pm we got locked out of our yellow corvette. Your two male employees were very helpful in assisting us in finding a tow truck. Even invited us in the store out of the heat while we waited. I'm sorry I didn't get their names but be thankful you have employees like that. I really want to thank the taller, slender male with braces on bottom teeth THANK YOU. read more

I only go here to get a Red Box movie. The one day I decide to get gas since it was close to me was a mistake. I pull up to pump number one, get out, and slide my card. I get a message that says card read error. Fine, I have had this happen before. I try again to no avail. Just in case it was my card I try a different card with no luck. I decide to wander inside to have them swipe it there. I tell the two workers that the reader is broken and I would like to pay for the gas inside. They look at each other and go "oh, number 1 again haha" and then ask me if I want to buy gas. I obviously want to because that is what I said. The lady with red hair who is obviously doing crack in bathroom on her breaks rudely says "you need to pull up". I said I just want to buy gas with my card that is all. I had no clue the pump was broken. Again, "you need to pull up or to a different pump the reader doesn't work". I told her to run my card in here and we can bypass the reader all together. That must have been too much for her linear druggie logic, go from A to C then back to A then forget about B. Anyways, she proceeded to tell me the reader was broken again, but I interrupted and told her never mind. It was no use so I moved my car. If your machine is broken put a flippin' out of order sign on it so us normal people do not have to interact with crack mongers. Thank you for wasting my time. I will still go here to get my Red Box movies but that is it. read more

I just wanted to take a minute and thank Tami and another young gentleman for their help. I had a couple tires where the air pressure was super low. I fiddled with the air pump for a while. I wasn't sure why the tire wasn't inflating when I could clearly hear and feel air coming out of the hose. I've had those happen before and I've always heard "I don't know, I can't help" from other stations. Tami and the gentleman (I forgot his name) took their time to help me understand why it wasn't working properly. I was too scared to continue to drive on tires in this condition and find another station for air. It turns out the pump wasn't completely on and the staff was completely apologetic. It's nice to feel like people genuinely want to help when you're stuck and in need. Thanks team! read more

I come here almost everyday since I work at apple next door. The cashiers are helpful and fun. The shorter lady with the ponytail is so sweet and makes my day brighter, the same could be said about my cute tall friend with the braces who was singing along to"poison" one day when I came in. They're having fun and do their job. 5 stars. read more

Very rude could not even tell me is the icey machine was ready? It looked like crap. I asked would you eat it? No! Is what I got. Asked me if I wanted to speak to manager, I said no yelp is much better than this. Poorly run store. read more

I try very hard to not interact with the employees here. They would rather not talk to you anyway. I don't get gas here much either. It's higher here than other Unocals, but it's right off the freeway so convenience apparently costs more. My other half gets the bbq propane tank filled here, but he doesn't like dealing with the unfriendly employees either. Other than that, it's a gas station/mini-mart. read more

Good deals, good customer service, they always say hello and welcome you when you walk in the door.

BEWARE! of Propane they charge a flat fee of $18.85 to fill up your tank unless you bring in multiple tanks then they charge you by the gallon. Luckily we were on empty that can hurt if your desperate for a Sunday BBQ. read more
