There also wasn't much seafood to boast about. Maybe a scallop or 2, a very small quantity of shrimp....the crab meat and roll were the highlight. 3 STARS (for this visit). The service was GREAT! I've been going to this place for a few years, even though I don't live in Hampton. I also used to…read moreown a restaurant so I know how the systems is supposed to work. Sadly, have noticed a steadily progressing deterioration in both food and service. I can live with menu changes...all restaurants do it eventually. But after the last change, the food is steadily gone downhill. Greasy, unappetizing bad presentation, etc. This last weekend's visit will be my last. I understand it was busy because of a concert, but to sit at a table and have a waitress come by three times and tell us "I need more time" while serving other tables that came in and were seated after us is unacceptable. I know this because we changed tables to get a better seat and watched as the former table was served water, beer, and food orders. Ended up totally ignoring her and going to the bar to get food and drinks. Had an issue with a beer that was supposed to be a refill and was apparently filled from the wrong tap. Bartender would not acknowledge the error and I ended up just walking out never to come back again. You've lost a former good customer.

As always, I place orders online. One evening, I went to Sophia and I's usual location to pick up orders. Turns out, I accidentally ordered at the Newmarket one that I've never been to. After dropping off her order at home, I drove to pick it up. It was definitely ready for pick-up. When I walked inside, the staff greeted me immediately. They were busy making orders and helping customers like myself picking up online orders. And inside, there are a lot more tables for seating. Definitely a good place if you want to dine-in. For my order, I had two orders: a skrimp lunch basket with fries (which I had for the night) and a dinner-sized chicken tender basket (saved for lunch at work). Both were full of both protein and fries which were my sides and tasted great. For the tenders, I also ordered honey mustard for the dipping sauce. But when I opened the box, it was nowhere to be found. I did end up eating my lunch the next day, but it would've been nice to have sauce next to my plate.
