I am writing this to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the shutters I recently ordered from 72-hour Blind Factory and had installed in my home. I chose your company because I wanted to support a local business; however, the final product was not what I intended to order, and the experience with your sales representative and owner, Lisa, has been deeply disappointing. When Lisa came to measure, she was very vague and did not bring any samples, providing only a brochure. I specifically requested a fan-type shutter for the top of my half-moon windows. I was told this would require a 12-week lead time as it had to be manufactured in California. I was shocked when the order arrived, as 9-foot shutters are unstable to operate and not what I envisioned. The invoice I signed lacked clear drawings, measurements, or descriptions beyond codes like "Arch Shutter white Front tilt, 2 frame Luver 4", DR 32, DR63," which did not indicate the actual height or design. Furthermore, when I requested a follow-up visit because the shutters were not closing properly, Lisa was confrontational. She insisted I signed the invoice and made conflicting claims regarding her visits and the documentation. I have noticed that the carbon copy of the invoice I hold does not match the information she presented during the visit I requested. I have spent $2,294 on a product that does not meet my expectations and for which I have received no warranty information. I am incredibly disappointed with the service and the lack of professional clarity provided by 72-hour Blind Factory. Lisa is a very unpleasant and unprofessional and argumentative person who should never be the owner of a business. Doesn't even deserve a 1 star, I gave it a 1 star because the site required I leave one. read more

Service was quick!!! Lisa came to our house and was very adamant that we know what we want and need and she needed to measure and get out of here as quickly as possible. We were seeking advice and suggestions which she did not fulfill. We asked for natural options which she did not want to listen to. When agreeing to doing the blinds and paying deposit of 1000, agreed to paying 1300 upon completion and to be there with 72 hour blinds at mom's house in case she had questions about the blinds, initially they said 12 windows at 2200 but raised it even tho 11 windows and the sliding glass door was to be done to 1300 a total of 2300, they went over did the blinds without us present, then went into my mom's account and took 1438 before we even approved or inspected the blinds, unaware they already taken more money out of her account because two, the front window and the sliding glass door blinds looked horrible, they claimed static electric as the cause. but said would fix them on Friday with us present and that they would call us to let us know when to meet there. we went over Friday after not getting a return call and inspected to see if the blinds had been fixed, they were, then we found out from the bank they had already took money from her account before any such approval had been done and took more than we agreed upon. they robbed her of an extra 138 dollars from her account. I am shocked by the way they handled this, bully rushed her, gave her no right to understand anything about the blinds, then used static electric as excuse never mentioning any possible static electric as a cause of messed up blinds in the first place tho it looked as if the blinds were not installed properly, they did not allow her to be there thu the process and took money from her even before approval and more than what was even owed for a job done right. i sent a letter asking the overbilled portion 138 be returned to her account ,Monday morning Lisa called again very rude and said she took out 138 due to taxes, even if it were taxes it would have only been 78 dollars at 6 percent not 138, I called the Sherriff and they said it was civil, called the bank and I put 60 dollar over the possible tax amount into dispute, allowing 78 dollars for a possible remaining tax amount. thru out this process Lisa was very rude and they not once allowed my mom to be a part of the process or allowed her to see what they were intending on doing, nor did they claim static electric could be an issue tho again i think the two windows were not installed properly but they deprived us the option to be there when they were repaired, and they had no right to take the money out of moms account without approval or before the job was done much less more than the agreed amount. read more

I asked my neighbor who did her blinds. She said Lisa from 72 Hour Blinds. I called and made an appointment. Lisa came in a timely manner. I told her what I wanted and she knew exactly what to order. She took the window measurements, ordered the blinds, returned when they were ready and installed them in a professional manner. I recommend Lisa and 72 Hour Blinds. read more

Quality of work and materials good. Customer service needs a lot of improvement. Had an issue with what I wanted and what was actually installed. Requested horizonal, got verticle. I have to own some of the mix-up due to my ignorance about a color I wanted called florida fawn, but the owner did not tell me until after the fact, that the color only comes in verticles. She was less than cordieal. Wouldn't own up to her inability to clarify with me and explain specifics, leading to this entire fiasco. She said it wasn't her fault to quote her. She wasn't willing to own any of it, although she did discount the verticles which indicates her admission to fault. She was anasty, defensive and unwilling to admit fault. I will never again use or recommend this company based solely on the disrespectful nature of this woman. read more

The only reason I gave one star was because Connie, the office person, was polite. Otherwise this was a terrible experience. Lisa was beyond rude and disrespectful to my husband who let her in to measure. She was so unpleasant I ended up cancelling the order. Terrible customer service! We were VERY pleased with the service of the installation of our faux wood blinds in the kitchen! Lisa and her crew were very professional and accurate in their measurements for the blinds. Avoid This Business! They don't value customers. I had a very bad experience with 72 Hour Blinds in Inverness. My wife and I placed an order for window treatments with Lisa Wilber, the owner. It took three weeks before we received the order. After installation, my wife discovered that there was a problem with a window treatment. When I called to discuss it, Lisa responded in an unpleasant, rude, and high-handed tone, and basically refused to address the issue. If something else goes wrong with our purchase, I won't contact Lisa because she would clearly not be disposed to help. If a company can't be counted on to support its products, then it is not worth dealing with. I hope this review serves as a warning to others who might otherwise do business with 72 Hour Blinds. read more

When it was time for installation Matt and his helper came and put up the treatments without a problem! We have used 72 Hr Blinds since moving into our new home in 2012. Lisa came to our home where we discussed many options. She was extremely helpful and very professional. Matthew came to install our vertical blind, our Roman shades and also plantation shutters. He was very meticulous and everything was perfect. We had a 3 panel slider that opened completely onto our lanai. I did not want anything that would block the view of our pool and beautiful landscaping.
