He also kindly fit us into his schedule so we could have it done before putting it on market. The removal was one day and the new roof took two due to the high heat index we'd been having. The workers were very care of all landscaping as well as the lanai roof screens. They cleaned everything thoroughly and made passes with their magnet to check for wayward nails on the ground. Once completed Mr Washburn returned for a final review of his team's work and also did another pass with the magnet for any stray nails. We were very happy with their friendly and experienced services and would most definitely recommend them.

I am 87 yrs old and don't walk in the yard since I fell out there and I took his word for the work he did for me, which I asked him to do a maintenance check of the sprinkler system for the season. My lawn service keeps telling me that they are not doing the job since my lawn is full of brown in spots. In their check they found a new head was put on, however it is the wrong kind of head and is too low and not going wehre it should be going, and the other sprinklers are just hitting the sidewalk or over the sidewalk where there are sprinklers doing the job and jsut wasting water. Also I was told a receipt would be sent to me via text or email and nada, I haven't got it and it's been a good month already. I am not happy about any of this at all. And it wasn't cheap.

One item was the Bamboo Orchid, which is just beautiful! There are also other plants I have never seen - of course, they were a little pricey, but I am definitely going back once a month and treating myself to those items. And when I say pricey I mean $90 - $100. I'm a tightwad and hate to spend money on myself but there are some pretty fabulous plants here - I totally recommend at least trying it out. The lady working there was very helpful and even went and looked something up to provide me with more info. She didn't have to do that so that was really cool of her. Thank you! O'Connell's is now on MY once a month "treat" shopping list, though I'm sure it will be more. And this place is going on my Christmas List. I read that the owner is very helpful - look forward to meeting him someday. Now if I could only find those large plant signs they use to describe the plants. I want to do the same in my garden.

Good: Came on short notice, showed up on time, good communication throughout…read more Bad: Destroyed my nearly new vacuum cleaner and put it back like nothing was wrong and didn't mention it. Used my high end kitchen cutlery to clear a drain then put the knife back in the block like it hadn't just been used on slime and grime. Didn't clear pet hair out of the sliding door tracks (probably because they broke the vacuum cleaner). I paid a premium for bad service and damaged equipment. For 11 "man hours" I was billed $625. I don't expect to pay over $50/hour for maid service and for that premium price, I absolutely do expect perfection. My wife was told it would be $425 so somehow between that and her sending me the bill it got jacked up $200. I let the owner know and received no reply. I would pass on this company and find someone responsible, responsive and priced fairly.

First, Stacy's communication was wonderful. They came for a walk-through to set a price and I appreciated her asking questions about what I liked and wanted. We set up the cleaning date pretty far in advance because I was traveling. She sent a text asking if I still wanted them (Yes!) and did I still like the date and time. Really thoughtful! While they were here they worked on everything from top to bottom. Did they miss things that I noticed later, yes, but nothing important and not everyone sees things the same way! I have had to let go a few people in the past because my husband is much more critical than I am. He didn't like things being moved on a shelf and not put back the same way. Jeez. Waaaay more critical - I just loved a clean home! But, with Stacy and Cori, he walked in that night and just said it looked great! I was so relieved!! Now, the next cleaning will be shorter for them and she'll make note of when the baseboards were done, etc so it'll stay clean. I am truly amazed by how thorough they were and I look forward to the next clean in 2 weeks! Woohoooooo! I highly recommend them and I'm glad I'm already scheduled because y'all are going to fill up her calendar, for sure, once you use them. :-D
