I chose your company because I wanted to support a local business; however, the final product was not what I intended to order, and the experience with your sales representative and owner, Lisa, has been deeply disappointing. When Lisa came to measure, she was very vague and did not bring any samples, providing only a brochure. I specifically requested a fan-type shutter for the top of my half-moon windows. I was told this would require a 12-week lead time as it had to be manufactured in California. I was shocked when the order arrived, as 9-foot shutters are unstable to operate and not what I envisioned. The invoice I signed lacked clear drawings, measurements, or descriptions beyond codes like "Arch Shutter white Front tilt, 2 frame Luver 4", DR 32, DR63," which did not indicate the actual height or design. Furthermore, when I requested a follow-up visit because the shutters were not closing properly, Lisa was confrontational. She insisted I signed the invoice and made conflicting claims regarding her visits and the documentation. I have noticed that the carbon copy of the invoice I hold does not match the information she presented during the visit I requested. I have spent $2,294 on a product that does not meet my expectations and for which I have received no warranty information. I am incredibly disappointed with the service and the lack of professional clarity provided by 72-hour Blind Factory. Lisa is a very unpleasant and unprofessional and argumentative person who should never be the owner of a business. Doesn't even deserve a 1 star, I gave it a 1 star because the site required I leave one.

Well, let me tell you, Great American Realty & Investments, Inc is disgracefully one of them, as I sent a detailed email to them for a listing I was very interested in of theirs, as after now spending months trying to find a suitable rental and unbelievably being asked the same repetitive questions over & over again from all the rental agents, I felt it was best for all concerned to put together a synopsis bio on me containing everything that should be needed along with filling out their initial contact questionnaire, as you just don't know any longer who gets what and who so-called doesn't. In turn and even though I always try to make it a practice of never trying to derive a demeanor from an email, text or letter, one didn't have to be a rocket scientist to immediately know their Rachel Vazquez had a snide & snippy attitude in her response, and she in fact solidified it with every other response she sent afterwards and to add further insult to injury, she disgracefully asked me questions of everything that was contained in my email, which was in fact the sole & main purpose for it. She then unbelievably states in her final response that by reading my email, which she couldn't of possibly, that she sees I have not one yet 2 pets, which nowhere in my email it even remotely states this, and this just solidified to me even greater her absolutely terrible attitude from the onset of my initial contact and the complete immature & childish ways of hers, in stating that she's blocking any future responses from me, as one would expect this from a child and not a so-called professional in a so-called professional establishment. All of the aforementioned not only spoke loudly & in multitudes of Rachel Vazquez complete nonprofessional ways, yet it also soured me greatly to ever want to do any business with Great American Realty & Investments, Inc as well.
