Once again I had an amazing experience here. I didnt even realize I was in there past closing because they were so nice. They helped me find even more jeans that actually fit me. I always struggle to find jeans that fit because most pants arent made to go over a large but and then cinch back in for the waist. They also showed me a cool bomber leather jacket that I got. Horrible customer service! No wonder there was no one in the store...the sales reps chased them all away. The sales reps were so rude. My friends and I came into the store to look around and the sales person stalked us around the store the second we came in. I tried to take a picture of this jacket and she told me no pictures which is totally fine. My friend who was on the other side of the store didn't hear this and wanted to take pictures as well since it was her first time here. The sales rep angry said, "I told you, no pictures." She then called for back up and 2 sales reps proceeded stalked us around the store. We felt so uncomfortable that we had to leave. You would think a luxury denim brand would actually want to sell their product. Never again! BYE! read more

I was looking forward to visiting this store. I've heard some great things about it and I kept getting emails about their summer sale and I was desperately in need of a new pair of jeans. I walked in to find that it was nicely organized and everything was in its place, that's because NO ONE was shopping. I had just come from Broadway St. where it was ridiculously crowded and busy to this almost empty store with 2 people working. I was not impressed with the availability of sizes, every one of the styles I wanted did not have my size. Furthermore, I felt so terrible asking the VERY pregnant sales associate to go and look for my size. I waited for about 10 minutes for an associate to set up a fitting room for me and that's pretty much where the help ended. I was looking forward to getting some booze coming in to this store as a few friends visited this location and got plastered. I don't know what happened to 7 jeans as they used to have a great fit and style but it does nothing for my butt anymore and I'm just extremely disappointed. read more

7 Is So Unkind Ironically so contrary to its name, this store has the absolute worst service. I live in the neighborhood and have been there several times. The last three were so timed out because the service is just so bad, and the last (today) will be the last. I couldn't imagine a group of employees with less politeness, attentiveness, and helpfulness. It's as if you're invisible. It isn't the sometimes NY "we're too good for you" attitude (like the hostesses at Crosby Hotel Restaurant). No, it's complete apathy. They simply don't CARE about the customers. Won't look at you, acknowledge your presence, anything! Kind of like robots but less shiny. Chasing after someone for sizes and them not to return, no one at the dressing areas so you can't tell if there are people trying on things behind the curtains (you can't knock). In the end, if you're going to open up a store, especially in SOHO, do a good job and make the customers feel special. It's all a shame because the clothes are so good. Fortunately, there are a million places to buy 7's so GO ELSEWHERE. Hopefully, this place will wind up being another rest area for a better store on the block. read more

It is more about the overall customer service experience with 7 for All Mankind service. A metal button popped out my Flynt jeans. I contacted the customer service for replacement. 10 more emails followed yet they ask the same questions. This is the most disorganized, dysfuctional company I ever dealth with. Customer service and operations do not communicate. It's been a month and I am still waiting for a replacement button. And oh yeah, they stil ask me the same question "could you please send me the pic of button and style#?" Their MO is that if they ask the same question enough times, then I will just give up. I will never buy another item from 7 For All Mankind. They suck. read more

I have a slight addiction to 7's and Citizens. The hubby finally broke his way into designer jeans a couple years ago, but I had to start him slow. Walked by the 7 For All Mankind in SoHo the other day, and I dragged him in with me. I was "just browsing", and of course he's in the dressing room for a good 40 minutes trying on a ton of various styles and sizes. The staff was nice enough, and not as pretentious as I was expecting. I liked the dressing room, and I liked the layout of the store. Hubby did not like paying that much for a pair of jeans but you know what? That's the price you pay. Your ass looks hot. Deal. I have both jeans and great dresses and shirts made by 7 for all mankind and was excited to find a boutique in SoHo! However, VERY pricey and a very sparce collection. It did not seem like you could get anything different then what is already in most of the department stores. There was plenty of sales help - but no one even paid any attention to us and the store was empty. read more

I went here for an event which was nice, but I don't love the style. I do love 7 jeans (they fit very well and make you look curvy), but I do think it's a bit pricey for what you get. 7 jeans are comfortable, but I think they wear out rather fast for the price you pay. read more

Had an issue with a pair of jeans, the material shredded at the seam after only 3 months. The response was that it was my fault and not the companies poor manufacturing. "You are important to us and we appreciate your loyal support here at 7 For All Mankind. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and frustration that this has caused. Below are some great tips to extend the life of your denim. * On cold, wash your denim inside-out with the zipper up (the zipper can cause fraying) * Hang dry recommended * Reduce the amount of washing, if possible" DO NOT BUY unless you will always dry clean or wash with your delicates since these are not made well and will fall apart. read more

I always go to the 7 store in time square because the girls that work there always know what to suggest! It's like having my own personal shoppers, I go in and they just grab stuff for me to try on and everything always looks amazing!! AND they hem the jeans at no charge! AMAZING! read more

I went to exchange a pair of shorts today that my boyfriend bought me(they were originally $178 and then $138 after he used a $50 gift card he received from work). The lady at the register wouldn't put the $50 towards my exchange because she insisted it was a $50 discount coupon he had used and not a gift card. I went back and forth with her for a good 10 min until I got tired of it and just paid the difference between what my boyfriend paid($138) and the new shorts I got($160 after tax). The sales people at this store are not helpful or knowledgeable. My boyfriend was basically screwed out of $50. I would not shop at this store again. read more

First of all, let me say that I love 7 jeans. I have been buying them for years and compared to other premium denim lines, they seem to fit the best. The in store experience is "fine". For a high end jean, I would expect better service, but when I went in, the sales people were just talking to themselves, and while they acknowledged me, they didn't ask if they could help in any way. My biggest complaint is actually on the last pair of jeans I purchased. Within 5 months of purchasing a new pair of jeans, the crotch had worn through such that the jeans were unwearable. I probably wear them 2 days a week, but could not believe that a $160 pair of jeans would wear out so quickly. This seems to be a problem with quality. When I raised it with the staff, they said it was because I washed my jeans! Will I still purchase anther pair? Probably. Do I think the company could significantly improve their quality and customer service? Definitely! read more
