Otherwise, it was a beautiful sweater. I wrote to CS and was told there were no other sweaters in my size but I could return it or you'd pay for a tailor repair. Though I was wary of a tailor taking care of this I took off work and went to a highly regarded tailor. He told me there was no way to fix it permanently. And there was no way this sweater could be honestly resold. I then returned it. but I'd spent a couple of frustrating hours without a sweater...and a bad taste in my mouth. I wonder about The Billy Reid advice. I'm now suspicious that in fact someone else had already returned this sweater and it was shipped to me with the problem, hoping I wouldn't comment. So, I'd lower my feeling on Billy Reid customer service to average. I'm unlikely to recomment this company and will be wary of ordering from them in the future.

The staff is so cool that it's impossible to tell who actually works there, but there always seemed to be someone cool around to answer any questions I had. I spent an afternoon wandering Soho with my wife, and this was the only place I liked anything.
