The staff is friendly, especially the fiery red head who works most days, and the store is always clean and easy to navigate. Sev was right next door so I headed over and got the 5 for $3 wings and a Gummi Ghost Slurpee. I asked the friendly Indian dude if he could make the wings fresh and he whipped 'em up in the Turbo Oven -it took maybe three minutes in this high-tech wicked-hot oven. My husband and I just left this gas station... i was in the car. The man inside was EXTREMELY RUDE when my husband went inside sans mask (All clear from Gov Baker as of yesterday!) to buy a soda and cigarettes. We don't have our masks anymore, wore them faithfully everywhere until yesterday. He threatened to call the police on my husband and insulted him, saying "What do you know about this country, you're from Ireland!!" And then proceeded to lecture him on politics... huh?? Not good business sense. My husband and I are both self employed and know the value of being polite and welcoming, and NOT being rude, or unprofessional. I used to get gas here every week, will never return and will be sure to tell everyone I know. Wow. Was amazed at this level of oddity and rudeness.

I pressed it again about 4 more times waiting each time for someone to respond and no one did. I walked into the convenience store and the stupid lady behind the counter had no customers at the counter so was free to respond to my help request and then she asks me if I am at pump no. 8 and I said yes and why won't that pump take my AMEX. The lady starts making excuses and saying stuff I had to ask several times what is she saying because her statements didn't make any sense. She tried to tell me something was wrong with my card. The "card was declined" she said. I said this card has a zero balance and is used at other retail locations with zero issues ever. The pump actually showed a statement that the pump was "waiting for the cashier." The lady says I should put myself in her place and what would I do and I shrieked, "Fix the damn pump!"
