I used to love this place came here all the time. The cashiers they used to have were great. Now they got some new guy in there and it's gone down hill ever since. That cashier stole my money. I paid with my card for gas, I go out to pump gas and the gas comes out real slow. I only get about 69 cents of gas. I go in to ask the cashier what's up. He looks at me like I am bothering him says it happens all the time you will get a refund on your card later. I don't like it but I say fine. 2 weeks later and still no refund. He stole my money and I will be filing a report on him. So not go there, do not trust them with your card read more

Not the most pleasant 7-Eleven store experience. Outside the store was fine. Even got me a discount of 11 cents per gallon for being a 7-Rewards member. Inside the store, it looked fine merchandise wise. Store was stocked well. Food on the grill and in the display case looked quite old. Did not dare buy a slice of pizza. I have been very disappointed to see how irresponsible the staff are here when it comes to the proper measurements businesses should be taking in response to covid-19. I have yet to see an employee here with some type of mask on during any of my visits. As you can see they do not wear gloves either. Which is fine as a cashier only, but this worker went from serving hot dogs, back to the cashier, to stocking items, to sweeping , all while not stopping to wash his hands in between (or at least sanitize), AGAIN, with NO gloves! To make matters worse, i have never seen them enforce social distancing guidelines while i have been waiting in line. This specific store gets quite packed on the inside often, and they take no action to ensure safety. Also, the employees here are extremely rude. They do not have any consideration when it comes to your time. I have waited at the register here several times while the workers will be on their cell phones, laughing and talking with each other, or doing meaningless things when their are customers. 7- eleven, i really hope you see this and take all this into consideration and make positive changes. I tried to pump gas here on Thursday morning, the first pump took my card but no gas came out so I tried another one and the same thing happened which should have tipped me off in the first place and now I have two unauthorized charges for $100 on my card!!! We also came to this one and they were also cleaning or maybe, I guess, the 7-Elevens were having a pow wow? I'm not sure. So, I can't tell you how long I've noticed being shorted for the change that I'm owed when breaking a bill, at this 7-Eleven location. I never really said anything to the employee when it's happened before, because I'm usually not thinking about the situation until it's too late to say anything. However I finally questioned the guy at the counter, and when I told him that I was supposed to be getting 32 cents back, not ust a quarter, his lame half-assed excuse to me was "oh, we don't have change, I'll give it to you next time.". I was so shocked by his answer I kind of just walked away in annoyance. I know it's not much money to not get back, but it's the fact that it's practically every time I come in and pay cash. I've even had them short me on gas after asking them to put the remainder, of however much money I gave them, on the pump from whatever I bought in the store. I go to this 7-11 all the time since it's in my neighborhood. Mainly for gas and iced coffee. Employees are not the friendliest, some better than others. Also not very clean at times. The most frustrating part is they don't follow company promotions. For instance, since the $.99 any size iced coffee promotion, they suddenly have been out of their xl size iced coffee cups. And if you use a big gulp cup which is the same exact size, currently also $99.....they charge the full xl iced coffee ($2.99). I work near by and usually come for a 12 pack of soda which is $10 each ( ridiculous) but it's near by and convenient. They recently had a sale of 2/$13 and charged my coworker that a few days prior. But I went in today and the sign was still up but and the guy in the front was completely rude and did not honor the deal as he did a few days ago. He kept telling me I had to buy 4 packs in which My coworker and I had to explain to him what the sign said and we had to wait for his manager to come who was even more rude and didn't want to give me a refund ( said he couldn't) but still ended up doing it so he lied about not being able to. The dude working the late night shift is extremely rude. There has been times where he doesn't want to give me my change back. I have to literally ask for my change back and even then he will short me something and I end up walking up pissed off. Last night this guy accused me of stealing beer the night before and pushed me as I walked up to buy a jug of water. A jug of water is literally the only thing I ever buy. Came here for the first time to get gas. Prices were lower that a lot of places around. I was hesitant to get gas from here because I've always stuck to certain gas stations, but that gas seems to be good! It is lasting me and I'm not just burning through it. Singh, the clerk is a rude one! Apparently only the 91 gas button is working. Didn't have the common courtesy to tell me or other paying customers about the inconvenienece. We all looked baffled at the pump, 5 minutes and only $1 went in the tank?!?!?!. TF! I go in to get my change from prepaid, I only put in $8 out of $30. I'd be there all day if I didnt go in and ask for my change. He snatched my receipt from hand. I snatched it back! These 7eleven clerks have to work on their customer service skills. I also always give homeless money and respect them a lot but today at 7/11 there was a homeless lady in 7/11 by the slurpy machines.. getting soda without a mask on just in her hand.. Then she walks through my kids and I before I even noticed.. so I move my kids out of the way and we end up getting in line behind her but very distant.. the man behind ringing her up doesn't even ask her to put it on or refuse service to her or kick her out when she first walked it.. this is still a pandemic and I never really take my kids out so I thought a slurpy would be fun to go get not knowing we'd be that exposed !! Pretty standard 7-11 here. They have all the stuff a normal 7-11 has. They do have orange bang here in the soda fountain (which the nearby 7-11 on leffingwell does not). The store is also pretty clean. Usually being run by the same two male employees... They are polite and helpful. read more

There is one horrible employee at this 7-11. I do not know his name but he is so rude. A friend of mine walked in one night and he loudly made a comment due to someone walking in who was a little "out there." His comment was, "I hope the Taliban will come here and blow up all the Americans." My friend couldn't believe he said that and when she commented to him how what he said was uncalled for he kicked her out of the store. I have gone in there and he is just horribly rude. Will not be doing business there again. Follow up in January 2016. A few months, prior to today, I sent a message to 7-11 corporation regarding the employee and two weeks later he was let go. I wish I didn't have to give one star!!! This short, bald, big bellyd guy who works their is so disrespectful! Not only to me but to my three children! It was simply a mistake that he didn't see my daughter was holding a big gulp in her hand, after I told him he forgot to ring her up, he went crazy on me! He was cussing, sayin "look at your fucking reciept!" After that I went off & told him how this was wrong & how he needs to be a gentleman towards single mothers & her kids! After I left, I looked at my receipt & he ripped me off about almost $5!!! So I called corporate & right away I received an Email on an apology & I get free gift cards but that's not what I want! What I want is for him to be repremanded!! What are the conquences for cussing at a lady & her kids & toss in her receipt at her & tossing a bag to me, so I can put my stuff in it! & by the way! The place is NASTY! DISGUSTING!! DIRTY!!!! Very unhealthy!!! So I called the board & my next step in the health department! All they gotta know is they messed with the wrong woman! Use to love this 7 eleven. Went there all the time as it is near my job so it's very convenient to stop by for coffee. The old worker was very very friendly, always asked me how i was, one time I even ran into him at a grocery store & he recognized me, but these new guys are just awful. There is never any coffee made. I will literally check 4 containers, all empty. I have had other customers make coffee for me or for each other because the employees don't do it. The last straw was today, there was actually coffee available. Grabbed my coffee & bread & went to pay. I am literally standing in front of the guy as he's on his phone with headphones on. He doesn't not bother to look up, I just stand & stand until finally he puts the phone down. Doesn't say a word, scans the stuff, doesn't tell me the total I just hand him a 5 dollar bill & he gives me my change. This place has really gone downhill. read more

This is one of my favorite 7-11's! The employees and manager run this store with great teamwork. It's one of the cleaner and better stocked 7-11's I have ever came across...and I've been to a multitude! Asked my little brother if he wanted a cookie thinking it would be free and charged him without letting him know it was payed for. He was 11 and the cookie was also expired. Chris is by far the best 7-11 employee I have ever Met. Always greets me in the morning with a smile. Remembers me when I come in and is always efficient when I'm in a rush. He needs a raise! People like him make customers wanting to keep coming back. read more
