So let me start off by saying I try to avoid the food court at all costs in any mall, but…read moreespecially this one since chick-fil-a was put in and also because it seems social distancing is a thing of the past at this food court, BUT... I had to do an in-store pickup as well as a return and happened to walk past somebody with a milkshake from here and got to thinking, I've never tried one from here (any excuse is as good as another, right?) so I marched myself up to the 3rd floor to get one. It was semi-busy, took maybe about 10 minutes to place an order and receive my item but it was WORTH THE WAIT! I ordered the Belgian chocolate, no whip cream and it was honestly the best milkshake I have EVER had in my entire life. Truly an experience one mustn't go without any longer... It was so chocolatey with soft little chunks of chocolate inside that melt in your mouth, truly one of the best ice cream deserts I've had. It came with a paper straw which initially I didn't like but it was wide enough to allow ice cream/chocolate to come through without getting stuck. I came back 2 days later to get 2 more, one for now and one for later they were that good, albeit expensive at almost $9/piece. I'm not normally a Häagen-Dazs person but this turned me into one. Workers were super friendly as well, they have little menus behind the counter they give you if you don't know all that they offer, or you can order online for pickup and see all they offer. I'm most likely going to try another flavor next time I go just to see what else I might be missing, but will probably get 2 again they are SO GOOD! Definitely a must try!

Service was excellent too. I wish I had gotten the gentleman's name. I had way too many questions and he was so helpful and smiled the entire time. Yes, it is a bit of $ but that's expected, it's premium ice cream My daughter has the cone with chocolate ice cream - simple and delicious. She asked for a sample and he was happy to oblige. So my husband and I shared the banana split. Picture attached. No words how good it was. You get 2 scoops of whatever flavors you want. I chose Dolce de Leche and Cookie Dough. It was layers of the following - chopped strawberries, the 2 scoops of ice cream, pineapple, chopped bananas and I requested hot caramel and no whipped cream. It usually comes with hot fudge and whipped cream. It really was delicious. And I saw they have so many different types of concoctions. Can't wait to try those soon! Visit this place!

There is a small room to buy food and drink from. My recommendations are the plain donut and the apple cider. The plain donut is extremely fresh and pairs so well with the sweet apple cider. Cinnamon apple donut is a tad bit too sweet and gives me a sugar rush. Somehow the donuts are palm sized and not as large as grocery stores. They are fresh and warm which makes them the absolute best. Kinda pricey at $1.75 a donut but hey you pay for what you get. Service is fine and the waits aren't too bad unless you go weekend evenings in the fall. Will be back when I'm in the area!

They have now remodeled and expanded sideways and made the entry area longer. It was extremely busy when we went the other day, so many people in line for their frozen lemonade. It also barely had any ice in it, like I asked. My boyfriend ordered the Triple Mocha Frappucino with 2 shots of espresso, 2 pumps of toffee nut, and 2 pumps of hazelnut for the free drink. Everytime I get a star reward I let him use it since my drink is so cheap. He loves to go crazy, adding all kinds of fun sugary things. The toffee nut tasted amazing in the triple mocha. The only reason it isn't a 5 yet is because I think the employees could interact more. The one that handed me the drink looked as if she hated working here.
