Leaving Wegman's I searched for a 7-Eleven on my route home that had the lowest price. This station was the closest one. Taking my normal route out the back of the grocery store parking lot onto Columbus Street, I referred to my GPS as normal to avoid traffic problems. Expecting it to send me across Virginia Beach Boulevard into Aragona Village, I was surprised that it directed me to continue on Columbus until the road became Cleveland Street. Well OK, there must be traffic. So I followed the path. How surprising it was when the 7-Eleven quickly showed up on the northeast corner of the intersections of Cleveland & Aragona. The location was just west of the spot where Columbus becomes Cleveland. The station was clean and well maintained. It was built in the design of the newest 7-Elevens. Even though it's in a somewhat "off the beaten path" location, the pumps were quite busy at the late afternoon time I frequented the store. Others obviously had discovered the station, since I can't envision that it would be the normal route home for many individuals. My 7-Eleven Rewards gave me a 12 cent discount. Instead of the store's $2.94 price my gasoline cost $2.82 a gallon. So convenient was the ability to complete the entire transaction and receive the receipt on the App. There was no card swiping or choosing gasoline type required on the pump. That's all done on the App. All I had to do was to fill my car with gas. The cold groceries I had just purchased were kept cool because of the quick and easy fuel stop. This 7-Eleven is the perfect stop after visiting my grocery store of choice. I'll be returning quite often.

Lot of snacks, pop, beer for motorist. The sandwich shop was busy around noon. The variety of coffee at WaWa's is impressive as is their refrigerated bottled and can drinks. I got a Vita Coco and checked out. The staff was super and smiled, I always appreciate this and makes my day. Great store! Although I did not get fuel I noticed the area was clean.

I walked out of the store check and confirmed she only gave me 7. my wife walked back in and told the cashier we o ly received 7 and asked for the other 2 only to be accused of stealing them. we're accused of lying, so I asked to see the footage of the transaction to prove there was only 7 ON!, which took an hour and several phone calls. only they didnt show me the footage the cashier just siad it looks like there could be 9 or 7 bc the way they're stacked. she eventuallt gave me the two more, but while on the phone with whom ever sent her the footage she said " are you sure there was only 7". the two small slurpees we had bought for our children melted during the hour wait. the cashier never apologized. during the hour wait I was also rudely accosted by another male employee not wearing a 711 uniform and threatened to be trespassed for requesting a review of the footage. this kind of treatment is unacceptable and I will never vist another one of this franchisees owners stores.

It's an easy in & out of traffic, which makes the gasoline stop efficient if you're in a hurry. When the store first opened I absolutely loved that there was a TowneBank ATM inside the store. I used the ATM often until it was removed. Now I rarely go inside the market. The interior of the store is clean but the aisles are tightly spaced. So it felt cramped during the time I often frequented it. There is an adjacent Dunkin as a part of the building. I'm sure that's a draw for many & increases their volume of gasoline & market sales from those who like the one stop convenience. It's a draw for me if my Dunkin Iced Tea loving son is in town. Miller's Neighborhood Market is located on the west side of Independence Boulevard north of its intersection with Virginia Beach Boulevard & south of the Haygood shopping area. The market will continue to be an emergency stop for both gasoline and my son's Iced Tea.

However, there are more negative than positive and this is not a station I frequent. First of all why does yelp refuse to change the name. It's not Racetrac, it's Raceway. When asking yelp to change they reviewed it and left it the same. So if your looking for Racetrac you will not find it. So there are two listings, same address and my reviews identical. There is often debris in the area, not significant, but enough. The clientele at this fueling station would rather throw down trash by the pumps then put it in the can...go figure. The pump I most recently used had a missing enter button. That is an issue when it is required for a response to hit "enter" and your unsure where it is. I also like to use AMEX and they do not accept it. What is more frustrating is they do not have signs saying what they do accept. So when it said see the attendant I had no idea why. The attendant was with a customer and talking on his wireless head piece. I would not have been happy if I was that customer. He informed me NO AMEX. If I'm in the area okay if I must. But I will not go out of my way.

I went into the store and purchased $45.00 worth of premium gas a bag of chips. I went in instead of paying at the pump because my debit card and bank account was hacked 2 weeks ago. The night before this incident, the last time my card was used was me purchasing gas at the pump. I completed my purchase, walked to the passenger side of my truck, which will automatically unlock as long as my key is on me. The truck unlocked, I put my purse and my chips on the seat and closed the door. Little did I know, I had just locked myself out of the truck. I finished pumping my gas, walked back in and asked the lady behind the counter, if I could use the phone as I had just locked myself out of my vehicle. She did "Not" hesitate to hand me the store phone, I called my husband to bring the spare key....no problem!!! She even allowed me to stay inside the store because it is in the lower 50's and it's cold outside. She was very nice and I want to thank her from the bottom of my heart! So you may be asking what the problem is.......I decided to walk outside and wait on my husband, I had been waiting on my husband for over an hour. My hubby did tell me that he was just leaving the hardware store and needed to go home first to retrieve the key to my vehicle. I walked back into the store and asked one of the two men that was standing behind the counter if I could use the phone? The first one said no and then he asked the other one if I could use phone and he said no! I explained to him the situation and also told him that the lady who was previously here had allowed me to use the phone, he still said no because it would cost the store for me to make a local phone call! A young man who works for Fed Ex over heard the conversation, I turned around and asked him if I could use his phone and he said no problem mam and gave me his phone! I called my husband and he showed up 5 minutes later. By this time I was furious! So, I can patronize your business but you could not help me, a women, by myself, all of my belongings locked up in the truck and you couldn't patronize me enough to let me make a phone call! I will "Never" patronize this Raceway again!!! I'm so done! Thank God my life wasn't in jeopardy! I am so sad that in this day and time that we can't be here to help one another in a time of need! I needed a car wash ASAP and thought why not knowing quality is typically marginal at these places. The location is on the corner of Baxter and Princess Anne. Signage is great with a BP sign clearly signifying its a gas station. Access can be limited depending on your direction creating a u-turn situation. There are two air pumps and a vacuum in front. Landscaping is a bit rough, but not unsightly. The listing on Yelp was only for convenience store only which I did not utilize during the visit. John G. noted no gas category in his review 5 years ago. Pro tip if the category is not in the yelp system then add it through edit so HQ can update. That way it can be searched. I added gas and car wash. So now the business can be searched for three categories and two new ones. The pump area was immaculate and newer trash bins within their boundaries. This BP offers at least ten pumps including diesel. Both wash and towels were present. The pricing was $2.55 a gallon which is higher by 5 cents to others in the vicinity. This is typical for BP and with a discounted wash worth it to me. My card processed flawlessly and I added an Ultimate car wash at $12 per my request. There is a lower price option. A receipt generated with the wash code. The wash entrance is to the left of the building. It happened to be undergoing maintenance at the time which delayed me around 10 minutes. Luckily I was not in a hurry and first in line. However, a back up was created. The wash was better than average and takes over 7 minutes for an Ultimate when drying is included. A negative is the digital clock when drying is located inside. When pulling forward more than a quarter way you cannot see it. There are also vacuums to the side of the wash. I'm pretty impressed and shocked at their low overall rating. But keep in mind I did not go in, or have any personal staff interaction. The business has some dated equipment, but everything worked and was clean. I would recommend and anticipate using again.
