Worst Dunkin' Ever!…read more This is hands down one of the worst Dunkin' locations I've ever visited! The inconsistency in how the drinks are made is ridiculous, and the attitudes from most of the staff make the experience even worse. The only reason I continued visiting this location at Chicago Road and Sauk Trail was because it's conveniently located near my job. One particular experience was the final straw. I ordered an iced coffee and noticed the outdoor ordering screen listed whipped cream as $0.00, which naturally led me to believe there was no additional charge. When I got to the window, I noticed an extra $1 charge and politely asked what it was for. The employee told me it was for whipped cream. I explained that the screen clearly displayed $0.00 and suggested they update it to avoid misleading customers. She asked if I still wanted the whipped cream, and I told her no, not for an additional dollar. She then instructed another employee to remove the whipped cream from my drink, which had already been made! So instead of honoring the price advertised on THEIR screen, they removed the whipped cream and handed me the coffee. At that point, what was the purpose? If the whipped cream was just going to be discarded, why not simply honor what was advertised? It's not even about the dollar; it's about the principle and the lack of customer service. That experience was just one example of the poor service I've encountered at this location. Between the inconsistent drinks, unpleasant attitudes, and lack of accountability, I've had enough. I haven't returned since that day, and I have no intentions of doing so. There are plenty of other Dunkin' locations that appreciate their customers and provide better service. Convenience will only get you so far when the customer experience is consistently disappointing. I'll gladly spend my money elsewhere!

Upon entering, I noticed it was a pretty decent-sized parking lot, but only a few allotted spaces... Inside, Park Forest 7-Eleven is clean, and neatly organized, with nicely stocked shelves of chips, cookies, candy, and convenience items . This location has two, whole coffee stations, with the ability to brew and/or warm 16 different types of coffees!!!!! Today's visit featured the following variety of coffees: Columbian, Brazilian Dark Roast, 7-11 Exclusive Blend, Blueberry, Pumpkin Spice, French Vanilla, Hazelnut, Regular, and Decaf!!!! That's an astonishing 9 different coffees to choose from today!!! Yay! AND, there are various flavored creams and syrups! I chose the Blueberry coffee with French Vanilla cream! Slurp! You can't tell me you cannot get "gourmet" at a convenience store!!!
