A very nasty location with very nasty and rude employees. Upon entering, there were no greetings, which I'm not bothered by. A sales representative at the counter with a bull ring on her nose gave nasty looks, acted as if taking an order was not for her to do, and was just all around disgraceful. One, it's disgusting to serve in this industry with things floating from the nose, which can fall into food items. Two, the way the food items purchased were handled occurred in a nasty way. No gloves when grabbing the items after using the PC device and those long nails were unsanitary. There were several other young females in the establishment who just stood around on their phones when others needed assistance. Not a good look. I understand that the food industry isn't a happy industry, but hiring happy individuals would be a step up to making the establishment happier and brighter. I've given this place several chances, but this was my last straw. I ordered the shaken espresso and this is not the first time they've filled it up only halfway. I didn't take a sip out of it and once the fizz went away after getting down the block this is the level my coffee was at. Wont be going back again i've wasted too much money on halfway filled coffees. read more

Nice staff and they typically get your order correct but, I prefer going into the lobby versus drive up. As you can imagine mornings can be a hassle so using the app is a plus. i was declined less ice on my drink when I had order low ice then the lady had rudely said I have to pay for my order all over again if I wanted less ice. Well, there's no place like home when it comes to Dunkin'. Jacksonville has spoiled me rotten. This location has friendly staff and a clean business but the constituency of the products and the attention to detail could use some work. I ordered my usual, medium mocha latte with almond milk and on swirl of mocha with an apple fritter. I was given an apple doughnut and a latte made with a mix of almond milk and 2% with 4 swirls of mocha. Having to turn around and go back once I took a taste of my latte was a pain and I found out that they didn't have apple fritters after all. I wondered why wasn't I told this and allowed to choose another option as opposed to someone making the choice for me? Is all this a huge deal? Not really but it's enough to make me second guess trying this location again because it's a roll of the dice rather it not I'll be annoyed and inconvenienced. read more

I went to the drive through and asked if I could get a pumpkin spice BLACK coffee and she said yes. When I pulled up to the window I saw the coffee looked like it had creamer.
