This place is horrible!! I always order Cold brew with cream and sugar. When he handed it to me , it was a lot lighter in color than usually. I asked if this was a cold brew and said yes because I added cream and sugar it's lighter in color. When I taste it, it was ice coffee. I like my coffee strong and that was not it. And if it was a cold brew they are watering it down and adding more cream and no coffee. prices is higher too. I'll just stick to my usually DDs. Stay away from this place. read more

I just left this garbage DD. There were 2 people working in the store and both of their attentions were on the drive-thru. Only 3 cars in the drive thru. I am waiting patiently in the store while the one guy acknowledged twice telling me he would be with me in a minute. At one point there was no one at the window and they were just talking. A car pulls up and the 2nd guy continues to help the drive thru guy. I left at that point. I will never be coming to this DD or any of them in the area because they all suck. read more

This is the third time I bought a donut after normal breakfast service hours. One time I was told that they were sold out of the Old Fashion Donut. The next two times I was sold a donut that was harder than a day old biscuit. Even microwave it for a few seconds don't help. The owners should monitor their product(s) for freshness and not try to profit from some old stale food. If this was a health issue I do hope the Board of Health will step in. read more

Terrible customer service. Will never visit again. Ordered a donut and coffee on the mobile app. When I got to the window the cashier said they were out of everything and that he could give me some hash browns. I declined and asked for a refund and he told me that I couldn't have a refund take hash browns or nothing at all. I said I don't eat hash browns. He closed the window and walked away. Customer service here is terrible. We have gone here a few times and one time he charged us wrong, saw I had cash and asked for a tip, gave us no receipt, finessing us. Tonight we went and when he gave us a receipt it had the wrong items asking for a new one he argued with us back and forth and after the whole exchange he called us motherfuckers and said he was the boss continuing to yell. I've been here most times and I always order a specific drink. Every. Single. Time. So now I know how it looks and taste. My drink is usually made by a man and he makes it PERFECT EVERY SINGLE TIME. However this time, a lady made my drink, nothing strange! Until, she gives me my drink. It wasn't filled all the way, there was no cinnamon and barely any caramel. OMG! Another business in Chicago Heights that is taking a turn for the worse...Their drive-thru service has now become a joke. Most of the time whoever is taking my order either does not understand me or does not listen. It has been wrong the last three times. So much for the business mask mandate. They must be exempted from that. I have to wear my mask just to feel safer. No spit shield between the drive-thru attendant and the customer. This work staff is horrible. Pretty good and efficient Dunkin Donuts. Employees are always friendly except they close an hour early sometimes. Be open 10pm on a weekday when you close at 11. Clocking out early is bad for business! read more
