I order from the 7-11 app all the time and they usually are pretty good about getting the order delivered to my doorstep. Sometimes they just switch out items Willy nilly but that's not really the issue here. I have specific instructions on how to get in the property and where to leave the order. This one for some reason, the driver left it outside my gate, on the sidewalk!! And I live in a pretty sketchy neighborhood so of course it was gone by the time I went to check. This 7- Eleven is dirty and the staff is rude. The coffee was lukewarm and floor was filthy.

I don't think I've ever reviewed a 7-Eleven because generally they're bleh. However, once in a while there will be one like this where everything is in stock, is located in a good area (compared to other nearby 7-Elevens), and is well very clean. This is one of the good ones! Friendly staff too. First time seeing one of the cold brew tap machines. This location also has a no-fee ATM. New go to 7-Eleven in the area for me. read more

A 7-eleven, is a 7-eleven. I don't think I can say I've ever been to a pristine 7-eleven in my life. I will say that this one has a lot of homeless people sitting outside and as a woman, I am always afraid to go here if it's dark outside. The inside isn't the cleanest either and the one time I got coffee, it didn't taste good. I am giving this place a 2 star review though because the employees are always very polite to me and ask me about my day and offer to help if I need anything. read more

There are two 7-Eleven branches on Gaffey street: one on 1st st, and the one here on 9th st. The one in 1st street is significantly closer to me than this one, yet I strongly prefer this location. For one, the intersection between Gaffey and 1st street can get very cramped. Like really. One would have to be a frequent in the area to understand how I feel. In addition, they only have one Redbox machine (the last time I checked). There was an instance where I wanted to return a movie but the machine was FULL. No bueno. Lastly, the store baked cookies here are perfect. Grab a bite! read more

The people that work in the store try really hard the problem is the people from the area that come to the store a kid with his dad kept asking him to buy him candy and the dad said no we don't have enough money what made me flip out was when the kid pulled on my shirt and asked me if he could have a dollar.The dad had no problem with this whatsoever and I said.... I don't give little kids candy or money ....the dad looked disappointed .....I am sickened by the way the world is going this dad should not have the kid in the first place. read more

This place is always busy, day or night. But they somehow manage to keep it clean and minimize the riffraff. The employees don't seem to have that typical 7-Eleven apathy either. If anything, they're a bit optimistic in my opinion. They've always got at least 20 hot dogs or omelet taquitos on the rollers. Who eats those things anyway? read more

I've been coming to this location for a better part of the last ten years, and I have never been so insulted as I just was ten minutes before writing this review based on one employee. I haven't the slightest idea echo this guys is, but insulting customers on his errors uggs unacceptable. my purchase was a 99 cent refill on a fountain drink. told this cashier that it was just the refill, and he tried to charge me for 2 refills (one cup, why pay for 2 refills?). when I told him off his error, he got mad at me and told me to not catch an attitude with him. this idiot even went as far as to say that I didn't have to shop there, and pretty much called me a bitch workout saying the word. This is my go to spot for coffee ($.99 if you have your own mug/cup), and ATM (no fee for credit union members). Store is always clean and employees are usually upbeat. There is a RedBox(movie rental) out front of store as well. read more

The parking lot is so small. Especially with their being a redbox outside. In the weekends there's no parking. This is the most crowed 711 in pedro. It's small but it carries everything. Te food is always fresh, ready to eat. The workers there are amazing, they are so nice and attentive. read more

This is the only reliable slurpee place with purple for the people. Of the two in San Pedro down Gaffey, I prefer this one. There's not one, but TWO red box rental machines outside so it gets a little crowded out front sometimes, but nothing will deter me from my slurpee! read more

Only different thing is theres some white boys at the cash register, real cool guys. Go to Long Beach and they're all middle eastern guys, also real cool guys. Absolutely terrible store. The homeless people. The people openly using drugs in the parking lot. The parking lot itself is awful. The selection of Arizona beverages is garbage. Not one Arnold Palmer flavor. Hell I would even take the golden bear flavor but also not there. Then the employees. Jesus....they play music waaaaay too loud. Always have friends in there talking so you get zero customer service. Then when they speak to you it's rude and you feel rushed. I keep telling myself not to go here and this time I mean it. My rating is solely based off the entertaining, joyful and light hearted nature of the workers I was rang up by we joke about condoms (something completely dumb) but it was real interaction NOT "How are you" and "Is that all for you today?" And before you get the chance they tell you how much you owe like get out. Conversation appreciated and their hospitality is consistent and looked forward to. read more

I love this place! Okay yes it's just 7/11 but they always have the best staff here! The men play good music alway so respectful and kind. Never once have I had rude service.
