After I reminded her again that I had called in, she suddenly "found" it and told me to come back in 2 hours and that I would receive a text message when it was ready. I never received the text message they promised. I returned on Friday, and once again they couldn't locate my prescription. After more searching, they finally found it -- but they also tried to give me someone else's order at the same time. I had to explain that I only had one prescription and asked them to verify it using my phone number, not just my last name. The entire experience was very unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. On top of that, the drive-thru wait was over 20 minutes. For something as important as prescriptions, accuracy and communication should be a priority. This pharmacy seriously needs to improve its customer service and organization.

The attached store had a large selection of snack chips and drinks--I didn't go down the aisle but it seemed to have a variety of items for quick pick-up. Sandwiches were fresh--soft tasty Dutch crunch rolls, packed with meat, cheese and veggies, and the added avocado was fresh slices. This store is clean and well stocked. It's owned by a franchisee, so it probably has his/her own personal touch as to displays and merchandise. But I think the store decor is stuck in the 1970's. They can add decorations and displays, but the basic coffee counter and cooler look like they have been around for awhile. Like back in the days of disco music and leisure suits! The one thing I noticed was how clean the place is. Tons of beef jerky and all kinds of beer. Cashier was friendly and service was quick.

It's between the I-880 freeway and Hesperian Blvd. I was there around 9pm to get gas, and go take a look inside the store. This is NOT a 24-hour store. The clerk said they close at midnight. Interesting that the 7-Eleven website says it's a 24/7 store. I was looking over the fresh snacks, and I asked the clerk how much the cake squares cost. He held up 6 fingers. Actually they cost $5.99. One of the 1/4 lb hotdogs looked okay, so i got a hotdog for $2.79. Now, even though the buns are individually wrapped, that doesn't mean they're fresh. The hotdogs are grade 1-2 on the edible scale. The mustard, relish and raw onions I added didn't help. Otherwise, it's a typical 7-Eleven layout.
