It's a small little setup in the side of the church, which made it such a unique spot. I got the España with coconut cold foam, and OMG, it was so good! The coffee was strong, and that coconut cold foam was everything. I also got the Blue Latte for my cousin, and she said it was really good. The barista was fast and very nice, which made the experience even better. I would definitely come back to try something else!

It's a cute stand. It unfortunately smells like poop or manure somewhere nearby? Made me think of dog poop. But they cleverly put some coffee grounds on the ground surrounding the stand to stave off outside smells. I got the españa. Not a fan, but I also drank it wrong. At first I thought it needed more condensed milk but idiot me just didn't mix my cold drink enough and the condensed milk stayed at the bottom. Other than that, I think it has too much milk and needed more coffee for a more rich blend. I also got the brownie. I forgot how much it was but it was less than $3. Which is amazing. Other places cost like $4.50 or 5 and it's too much. This price is not only amazing but I really enjoyed the brownie. Slight crispiness on the outside. Not too sweet. Would come back just for the brownies . Anyway, this is a small business run by young adults. It's good to help them out.

There were 4 workers making drinks, but none of them wanted to acknowledge the growing line. After a few minutes, the customer in front had their order taken, but when it was my turn the cashier turned around and went back to making drinks... Once the cashier was ready to take my order they unenthusiastically told me that the oven was down and asked if I still wanted the pastry. I'm a bit disappointed that I paid $16 for a cold croissant, small iced coffee, with terrible parking and customer service

Nice atmosphere at Bodevi. Love the set up with the huge couches, chairs and tables. The place is very inviting. It's also bright inside as the natural light comes through the coffee shop. Whoever did the interior design did an amazing job. Love how the coffee shop tells a story by its set up of furniture and nostalgic things they have like the telephone, books and other paintings. Bodevi both provide excellent customer service and delicious coffee drinks. During our first visit we ordered Mocha Latte, Vanilla Latte and Iced Mocha. All our drinks tasted good and you can taste the espresso. Great balance with the flavors of mocha and vanilla.

San Fernando Coffee Company on Truman St provided both excellent customer service and delicious coffee drinks. During this visit we ordered the Valley Boy Latte and White Choco Strawberry Latte. Both drinks were not too sweet and you can still taste the espresso. The flavors didn't over take the rich based espresso coffee drink. I've been coming to TeaN'Me for the past few years, and I still consider it my favorite boba spot…read morein ALL of Sylmar. It's located toward the back of the Sylmar Square plaza, tucked away like a little hidden gem. The shop itself is pretty small compared to other boba spots, so seating is limited, but I actually like the size of it. It feels cozy and relaxing ...like a nice little place to escape without dealing with huge crowds. They do have outdoor seating as well, but that's also limited. Inside, they have comfortable sofas, a booth with high chairs, a decent-sized coffee table, and board games, so it's a great spot for a casual date or to hang out with friends. The only two downsides are that there's no public restroom (i make sure my bladder is empty before coming to the store) and no working AC. I'm not sure what the ongoing issue has been with the air conditioner, but in all the years I've been coming here, the only things keeping the place cool are a few fans. So on hot summer days, it can get difficult to hang out inside. Unless you're like me and don't mind the heat ( I've lived in Florida and Puerto Rico, so I'm used to humidity ) just keep that in mind. They have a pretty good drink menu, though they don't serve food. My personal favorite drink is the jasmine milk tea, pot plant style, which comes with a layer of whipped cream and crushed chocolate cookie crumbs on top. The serving is also huge, which I appreciate because I love a drink that isn't served like prison rations. The staff has always been warm and professional. When I stopped by today, the cashier was especially kind and attentive, which meant a lot because I had my infant son with me. He made sure I was seated comfortably, helped make sure the stroller was parked close to me, and went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my drink. He even asked me to let him know if I needed any adjustments. I didn't catch his name, but he was an older gentleman and clearly cares about giving customers an excellent experience. Parking has never been an issue for me here, though I usually come on weekdays. Thankfully, you don't have to worry about limited parking or paying for parking like you do in many parts of Los Angeles. Overall, TeaN'Me is still a solid 5/5 for me. They continue to take the lead in sylmar as the best boba spot in the area.
