I am giving this 7-Eleven about 3.6 stars in my mind, which rounds up to 4 on here. I stopped by late on Christmas night, and I do appreciate that they were open when a lot of other places were closed. That alone is helpful. My main challenge with this location is the outside environment. There were a lot of people standing around outside, and it did not feel very safe walking in. it was raining outside. That is the biggest thing that keeps the rating from being higher for me. Once I got inside, the store itself was stocked pretty well. Shelves looked decent, and I was able to find what I needed. The highlight for me was the apple pies for a dollar. That little win helps bump them up to that 3.6 in my head. No pictures this time, because honestly I was just trying to get in and get out quickly on Christmas night. Overall, not bad, and I will call it 4 stars on Yelp. read more

How great can a 7/11 be. The parking is good, they pretty much have what all 7/11's have and the customer service is pretty good here.

There's a male employee here who is a manager I guess who always sucks like we literally ignore you and let you stand at the counter waiting to check out while he restocks the shelves and there's no one else in the store. I bought pizza and then he proceeded to help out about five or six customers, and never went to go heat up the pizza I eventually just asked for, the frozen slices to go I would heat them up at home. All the other employees here are great, but is just dead behind the eyes. read more

I want to take the time to say FK U to all the employees here who didn't let me use the restroom even when I told them it's an emergency I've been on my bike for over an hour still they said no. You can't get better than good old 711 in Beautiful down under! In summer 711 make a killing from my family; My son just loves running up the st in his thongs and boardies, whilst I'm being dragged along by our dog! I was a hot sweaty mess by the time I got there and I was honestly thirstier than that guy who sends girls zillions of texts even when she hasn't WB :)! The lovely old man there gave me a voucher for a slurpee 7 - 12! Can you believe that! How nice is that! I told him I couldn't accept that and he looked me at me and said "mate, it's bloody obvious to every Tom, dick and Harry you need a beverage, get some food too while your at it." I think he just thought I was cute and uses that as an excuse hahaha. But defs best place to go and you can count on me returning! read more

Remove conveniences from this location on top of there really bad customer service. Opens at 6am so it's not 24/7. There is no coffee in the morning employees rather chat with each, then when asked about coffee his response "honestly I don't care". Why show up to work if you don't want to work. Now these days they younger folks are ruthless. 7/11 is known for there coffee sadly at least not at this location. Management please step up your game. We the customers are what keep these business going. We want fresh coffee. read more

The drink machine is NEVER changed out. I've been asking them for a month now and all they say is they will call someone in.

They never have iced coffee, ever. Then you ask for it and it's like they're doing a chore. Anyways it's a 7/11 what do you expect. MAJOR downside is they always have a bum or some sort of someone trying to get change at the door and at night it's pretty sketchy. So, be careful. read more

Vivian, my daughter told me that they were having some kind of deal on big gulps. Of course I told her that I would take her because those are my favorite kind of slurpee. Little did I know, this 7-Eleven is only a few blocks away from my apartment. Umbrella in hand, I walked through the pouring rain until I reached the front of the store. My shirt and shoes were soaked, as were Vivian's. This was an exhausting trip. Excited that we had made it, we burst into the 7-Eleven and began our trip to the big gulp machine. An older man was there filling up his own drink and he was super friendly to us. To my surprise, he handed me a coupon. It was for a free Big Gulp. 7 (July) through 12 (December). I thanked him for being so courteous. He was the highlight of my day. Coffee and Big Gulps are my favorite drink. I love the taste. Anyways, totally had a great time at this place. It was super awesome. Long story short, the place has absolutely everything. Licorice, hats, Swedish Fish, you name it. The place is amazing. Before I end this review, I just want to say that I really recommend it. All in all, it's a definite go back again, and I hope that the old man I saw is still around. I'm always Craving for something to eat, and this Morning it was Horchata, the Spanish drink, which led me to my Local 711 store. Like other times, I run here for quick things Like Beer, and snacks. The other day it was Champagne, to mix and make some Mimosas. You get the point, they have all the liquor your Body needs LOL. Except for Hard Liquor, which I always wondered why all the 711 I've been to never has Hard Liquor, i.e. Jamison, Jack.... What ever you need from the Market, they probably have it unless it's some Fancy Meat... Each time I go there I get Greeted, and helped if needed. Basically, if you're familiar with the area, you know that this 7-11 is the only general/convenience store in the heart of Lake View Terrace. Lucky for me and all other residents if this quiet area, this 7-11 is awesome. About two decades ago this place was an entirely different place. Back in the days when 7-11 locations sold liquor, this place was often inhabited by stumbling drunks and prostitute solicitations. At times, you literally had to carefully step over someone just to get in the front door! Fortunately, or I suppose unfortunately for some, the owners did some serious cleaning of house and got this place to where it is today. This place has seen major changes even in the past two years. With a company wide upgrade, the location has only recently gained significant upgrades to food, drink, and general item selection. A remodel (2009?) reworked much of the layout of the store and really brought this place to a whole new tier of convenience store. Many of the clerks at this location have been here for years. They are all quite helpful, and friendly enough at the register. When questions come up about a particular item or price, they generally have a helpful answer for you. Whether you are a resident of the surrounding neighborhoods or simply passing through, stop by here for (most) anything that you need. read more

What is there to say about 7-11.......well the location is great for one. Not much traffic and always has parking. Staff is super friendly. They have hot foods in the front including wings and those small little tacos. It'll fulfill your snack needs :) read more

Anyone who's been to a 7-11 knows what they're likely to get, but these guys are a pleasant surprise. Not only do they know me by name after my first 2-3 visits (and before you ask, no, I'm not an attractive woman, Im actually a disabled combat veteran), but today the cashier insisted on carrying my case of beer to my car for me (I have a spinal condition and have to use a cane to get around), seriously!? What other 7-11 does that? I actually don't get as annoyed at the 7-11 inflated prices just because these guys are so cool. read more
